Tensile Properties of Large Extrusion and Forgings of RS P/M Al-9Fe-1.9Mo-1.7Si Aluminum Alloy P.
Al-9Fe-1.9Mo-1.7Si (wt.%, FMS0918) aluminum alloy was first melted in an induction furnace and then atomized into powders using an ultrasonic gas atomizer.
Values of ultimate tensile strength (UTS), yield strength (YS) and elongation (El) were evaluated from the test results.
The corresponding UTS, YS and El values are 387MPa, 325MPa, and 1.7%, respectively.
The corresponding typical UTS, YS and El in L orientation at room temperature and 250 °C are 395MPa, 332MPa, 17.2%; and 243MPa, 214MPa, 11.3%, respectively.

The transport electrons from the cathode (Al) and emits light in reaction to an electric current as appear in fig.1.
The EL spectrum of the EL devices were measured at room temperature using fibre optic spectrometer CCS Series by THORLABS Company (Germany) with covering range from (200 - 1000) nm and resolution of 1nm.

Thus rise in the forward current under high bias could be explaining the good contact between the Al electrode and QDs layer.
