Lee and Jou [4] simulated the die wear of H13 material, and the relationship between die wear coefficient and temperature was established according to the wear experiment data.
In blank I forming, the premier die wear occurred when the blank height was 68mm, and the forming finished when the height was 46mm, the height reduction with die wear accumulation was 22mm.
In blank II forming, the premier die wear occurred when the height of was 58mm, and the height reduction was only 12mm.
Because of the similar die wear increment in each step, the forming process with long die wear accumulation height reduction would accumulate more wear steps and a larger die wear value.

The Quality Functional of Composite Materials
The most perspective is use of data on kinetic processes [4-6] formations of structure and physic-mechanical characteristics of material which can be considered as autonomous researches of separate modules.
At the same time increase leads to reduction of an abscissa of an inflection point (concavity is changed on camber) process at the values x, close to unit.
Let's note that increase (reduction ) corresponds to increase w0.

In addition to reduction in the activation loss, an impact of the potential loss from electrolyte’s resistance will be lessened by temperature increase [5].
A reduction of a distance between electrode and microbe is an effective alternative to reducing the loss from electrolyte.
When the immobilization was conducted for 9 days, the number of bacteria adhered to smooth surface as seen on Fig.3a. was worse than those on day 3 of immobilization (data not shown).
A reduction in pH of immobilization medium reasonably involves in this phenomenon though an inadequacy of nutrient can possibly result in a detachment of microorganisms from the surface.

SJ devices are the most promising candidates for the reduction of the drift resistance.
The experimental data showed the agreement with calculated value.
Further, we consider that there is room for RonA reduction through the n-type drift layer with a higher doping concentration or a shorter channel length, which is located between the p-pillar region and substrate in Fig. 2 and left as the buffer layer in order to form pn junctions with a low leakage current in the epitaxial layer.
Although there is still scope for improvement in the RonA by removing the excess n-type drift layer, substrate grinding, and the reduction in cell pitch, the SJ-VMOSFET displayed one of the industry-leading levels.

Neutron powder diffraction data were collected over the temperature range 20-600 (800°C) in flowing 5% H2-He (or oxygen) using the wavelength of λ = 1.8696 Å on the high-flux two-axis neutron diffractometer D20 9 at the Institut Laue Langevin (ILL) in Grenoble, France according to the strategy described previously 10.
Data sets were recorded every minute throughout the thermal cycles represented in Figure 1 and analysed sequentially using the program FullProf and its graphic interface WinPLOTR 11.
On heating under 5%H2, NPD showed that reduction follows the similar pathway as that reported for La1.7Sr0.3Ni0.5Co0.5O4+δ 13.
On cooling, the oxygen stoichiometry decreases from ~ 4.03(2) to ~ 3.85(3) for x = 0.6 and from ~ 4.02(1) to ~ 3.85(1) for x = 0.8 highlighting no significant effect of increased Co-content on the the kinetics of reduction.
Acknowledgements We thank the ILL for the provision of beamtime on D20 and for assistance with the collection of the NPD data.

Second related data and information has to be collected, associated to the
objects and archived.
At last, integrating the whole supply chain is necessary to avoid redundant data storage and inconsistencies.
Therefore, efficient data communication between the participants has to be established whereby additional potentials regarding data analysis arise.
Such magnetic stripes are able to save relatively high amounts of data [14].
What in turn is the basis for reduction of energy consumption as complex data as well as correlations can be analyzed and process optimizations are enabled.

The analysis indicates that the objective boiler adopting belite Q-phase cement clinker technology, on the whole estimate of the resourceful benefit of coal fly ash and SO2 emission reduction benefit, the economic benefit of power plant obtained is 25,870 thousand yuan per year.
Substitute relevant data into equation 1, and get the total revenue of Power plant fly ash resource before the boiler co-generation of 25.71 million yuan/ year after calculation.
(Ten thousand tons per year) (2) B1: Annual consumption of Weibei and Guangwang mixed coal before co-generation, 1,061.9 thousand tons per year; B2: Annual consumption of Yanzhou coal upon boiler co-generation; Qnet,ad1: Net calorific value of Weibei and Guangwang mixed coal air dry basis, 17,835kJ/kg; Qnet,ad2: Net calorific value of Yanzhou mixed coal air dry basis, 17,488kJ/kg; E2: Percentage of mass fraction of CaO and MgO to that of Yanzhou coal, 36.1%; Substitute relevant data into Equation 2, and get B2--annual consumption of Yanzhou coal with the boiler of co-generation technology is 795.7 thousand ton per year Boiler uses the technology of co-generated belite Q-phase cement clinker, assuming that it is of fine burnt structure and its combustion efficiency still keeps at 98.46%.
Estimation of SO2 Emission Reduction Benefit in Power Pant.According to "Notice of the State Council on Issuing the Comprehensive Working Schemes on Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction", and as per the principle of compensating management cost, enhance effluent charge standards for pollutant discharging units and increase the SO2 disposing charges from the current 0.63(yuan.kg-1) to 1.26 yuan/kg [6] within three years.
And on the whole estimate of the resourceful efficiency of coal fly ash and SO2 emission reduction efficiency, it can be seen that the economic benefit that the power plant obtained is 25,870 thousand yuan per year after the objective boiler adopting belite Q-phase cement clinker technology.

On the surface of the more positive alloy, these excess electrons are consumed by a cathodic reaction that, in seawater, is usually oxygen reduction.
The individual behavior of coupled alloys Fig.1 shows the self-corrosion potential data plots of TA2, B10 and 921A.
Potential data plot at 25°C of TA2, B10 and 921A Fig.2.
Fig.3 shows, as an example, the galvanic potential and the galvanic current density data of 921A, B10 and TA2 members immersed in natural seawater at 25℃ during 240h.
According to this result, anodic dissolution of iron takes place on the surface of 921A as anode, oxygen reduction reaction occurs on the surface of the B10 and TA2.

As experimental data are unavailable, the model is validated by comparing the predicted entropy generation history with that from the detailed analytical model of Dash et al. [2].
The predicted non-dimensional entropy generation per unit surface area (Ṡ¢/d¢2) shows a slight drop in the initial stages due to the reduction in entropy generation rate and the low rate of change of droplet surface area (see Fig. 2a).
A similar dip in Ṡ¢ is seen in the data provided by Dash et al. [2] for a vaporizing water droplet.
Although the entropy generation rate falls (see Fig. 2a) after about 40% of the liquid has vaporized due to the drop in heat and mass transfer rates, the consistent reduction in surface area again causes Ṡ¢/d¢2 to rise in the later stages.
