Introduction The bimetal composite of “TiNi shape memory alloys (SMA)–stainless steel (SS)” are gaining increasing interest due to its excellent properties, compared to TiNi SMA or stainless steel.
For the past years, several research projects have been carried out, aimed at joining TiNiSMA to SS [1-3].
Recent researches focus on the corrosion resistance of TiNi alloys in artificial saliva and in Hanks′ solution as medical implants [4-6].
The EDS results reveal that there are multiple intermetallic compounds in the etch pits, including elements of Ti, Ag, Cu, Fe, O, etc.

By quantification of the metallic ions released by various dental alloys subjected to a continuous flow of saliva, it was found that nickel-based alloys essentially release nickel and chromium, while beryllium-containing alloys release beryllium and significantly more nickel [55].

TiZrN film is a ternary compound.
Thin films of metal nitrides such as TiN, ZrN and TiZrN compounds have attracted much attention for various applications due to their high hardness, high thermal and chemical stability[8-11].
When nitride alloy is formed, the Zr will be replaced by Ti, or the Ti will be replaced by Zr to form substitutional solid solution.

However, one of the most important and useful characteristics of semisolid alloys is their so-called “joinability.”
As is well known, semisolid alloys consist of solid and liquid components.
The EDS results confirm the formation of congregation compounds of these two different metals.
The formation of the new congregation compounds has a tendency to depend on the difference in the chemical composition of the two metals, which leads to the diffusion of different elements through the interface region (diffusion zone)[2].

Therefore, the interpretation of the carbon Auger spectrum is not clear for carbon allotropies and its compounds.
The main aim of the presented paper is the application of three body Green function to descriptions of carbon Auger peak shape changes of a diamond, DLC thin films (both on the substrate of NiTi alloy), a graphite and precipitates of titanium carbide (in the NiTi matrix).
The diamond, DLC thin films (both on the substrate of NiTi alloy), the graphite (thin film), and precipitates of titanium carbide (in the NiTi matrix) were chosen as the material of studies, which are in detail described in the earlier papers [5,6].
Theoretical (the left panel) and experimental (the right panel) carbon CVV Auger derivative spectra obtained from a) the diamond (thin film on the substrate of NiTi alloy), b) the diamond-like (the thin film on the substrate of NiTi alloy) c) the graphite (the thin film) d) precipitates of titanium carbide (in the NiTi matrix).
