Burnishing hard materials can be used as an alternative finishing process.
While burnishing hard materials, the plasticity of the material under deformation is very limited.
Also, such deformation does not produce the effect of the piled-up material that occurs during burnishing soft materials.

4.2 Gearbox
Gear systems are employed in ornithopters to provide enough necklace to agitate the bodies.
As the weight of materials and strength is a critical factor for this project.
These materials have good flexibility, durability and to weight ratio.
With the right choice of materials, this conclusion can be applied to the development of a stable ornithopter.

In this study, two main types of constituent materials are used to develop the new composite material.
The material was burned inside the barrel screw for homogeneous mixing two types of materials.
This revealed that the different percentage of POFA give effect to the mechanical properties of materials composite on the break force and others.

Tungsten oxide (WO3) film material is applied extensively because of its electrochromic property, gasochromic property, photochromic property, electrochemistry, etc.
In this work, the platinum-doped WO3 films [8, 9] were adopted for the sensor and the optical properties were discussed Experiment In the experiments of fabricating hydrogen sensitive films for SPR optic-fiber micro-sensor, tungsten trioxide was used as the basic materials, and the platinum-doped WO3 films were prepared with sol-gel method, magnetron sputtering method, and microemulsion method respectively, then the hydrogen sensitive properties of the films were tested.
