Because of its good electrical conductivity, flexibility and low cost, the pressure-sensitive conductive rubber, can be used as an ideal flexible tactile sensor sensitive materials[4].
However, the conventional Si-based materials is with machine embrittlement characteristic, can not take large deformation and instantaneous impact.
At the same time, the rigidity of the material is difficult to achieve the touch-sensitive detection on the curved surface, thus the microelectronics mechanical system devices of Si-based materials have their limitations[17].

When formed to nanocrystals, the particles could be excellent anode materials for lithium-ion batteries [2].
Then the generated Si NPs were used as anode materials for Li-ion batteries.

Diamond cutting is a promising alternative to grinding and polishing techniques for fabricating high quality surfaces on brittle materials as a well-defined single point tool is more predictable than a multi-point grinding wheel [1-3].

Miniaturized parts mainly refer to the size range between ten microns up to ten millimeters, with special structure and shape, using the various materials, also known as micro/meso-mechanical manufacturing (M4) parts in the world [1, 2].
However, this way is slow, and limits to a few silicon-based materials and essentially planar geometries [2, 3].
The majority of these methods can be capable of fabricating 3D structures with the various materials and high removal ratio.
Conclusions With the development of science and technology, precision and quality of 3D parts with feature size between micron and millimeter level is higher and higher, using a variety of material.
