Textile fiber material recycling economic cost, mainly through analysis the cost of new textile fiber materials prices and the price of recycled fiber, of which the price of recycled fiber is the recovery of the prices of textile fibers combined with the recycling processing costs.
Waste textile fibers materials recycled including two major parts, one is waste fiber turn into recycled fiber, and the other is the use of recycled fiber process [5].
If waste fiber materials return to fiber state, they must be removed through finishing agent, decolorizing, and opening into a single fiber processing technology.

Seismic design and ancient material culture
The cultural evolution of earthquake knowledge since ancient times reveals an interesting double track: on one hand the religious culture and on the other the scientific and material culture.
There was an ancient theoretical seismic knowledge; several authors wrote about earthquakes, it was definitively an interesting argument for science.
The roman engineering culture used several elements to compensate the horizontal accelerations, i.e. metal joists connecting stonework in walls [8], arches and entablatures, the progressive reduction in height of the specific weights of building materials, as in the Pantheon, or the choice of building materials with different specific weights in different parts so to control the dynamic response, as in the Flavian Amphitheater in Rome [9].
