Furthermore, an increase in porosity has proven to decrease the mechanical properties and increase the wear trace area and the friction coefficient of sintered steel. 1.
Practically the process is so effective because approximately 90% of steel parts are damaged owing to the lack of mechanical properties [6, 8].
The nitrogen species diffuse in combination with iron nd alloy elements to form nitrides that modify physical and mechanical properties of the surface of the alloys.
Nitriding is known to modify properties such as wear, fatigue and corrosion resistance, in addition to microhardness [11].

The obtained results allowed, with minimum costs, to prepare the previously developed integrated computer model (STAN 2000) for calculating the structure and mechanical properties.
Introduction The first papers on the effect of hydrogen on the change in the physical and mechanical properties of pipe steels during their operation appeared more than 100 years ago [1-3] and are actively continuing to the present time [6].
Along with silicon, this is also the cheapest option for alloying steel to provide strong properties. 3.
To exclude the alloying of chromium and nickel, because the content of these elements in the basic chemical composition did not lead to significant properties of the structure and properties. 4.
No less important factors that crushed the structure and made it more durable and viscous are the decrease in size and increase in the density of Nb (C, N) particles.

This type of alloy is used as a shape memory alloys that belong to a group of functional, smart materials with the unique property of remembering the shape they had before pseudo-plastic deformation.
Change of crystallite size (a) and lattice parameter (b) of Cu as a function of milling time for different time. 3.2 Morphology of powder during mechanical milling The powder particle size is changing with milling time, as a result of the two opposing factors of cold welding and fracturing of powder particles in a high-energy ball mill.
The presence of β'1 stage with the main line corresponding to the plan (0018) and α phase shows that the affected area corresponds to a bi-phase structure consisting of α + β phases.

Based on excellent wear-resisting properties of locust’s non-smooth surface structure, bionic brake disc with special surface micro-structure was designed.
However, with the related research in the field of bionics, it was found that biological non-smooth surface exhibits better wear resistant properties under the stick wet condition [5].
After biopsy and surface physical properties analysis, non-smooth shapes presented variation in different parts of locust surface.
In initial velocity of 100 km/h, for example, equivalent stress of smooth braking disc is 61.9 KPa under the thermal structure coupling, significantly greater than 32.7 KPa at the end of the stress field, showing the thermal stress is one of the most important factors to damage brake disc structure.
Conclusions (1) Based on the excellent wear-resisting properties of locust’s non-smooth surface structure, bionic brake disc with special surface micro-structure was designed

Modification stage using mechanical activation of raw materials.
Best samples were tested on their sorption properties [16, 17].
As a result, carbonaceous fly ash is a sorbent with pronounced anionic properties.
The next stage of our work was to study the porous structure and sorption properties of modified carbonaceous products.
If a substance is absorbed by coal in the form of whole molecules, then these structural factors play a decisive role in the adsorption process, determining both its kinetics and the state of adsorption equilibrium.

Introduction Recent years, the design theory and quality control theory has made great progress in coastal moisture levee construction, but still some shortcoming, mainly reflected in the comprehensive knowledge of many quality affecting factors, quality control systems are imperfect, and so on, resulting in frequent quality accidents during the project construction especially in the coastal levee construction.
Liu Ying-xin[1] think we can do project quality comprehensive evaluation and control from the physical quality of proposed projects, quality assurance data, design quality, environmental factors and other aspects.
Fig.1 The relationship of the quality accident Quality Monitoring System of Coastal Ievee Controlled by a large number of uncontrollable factors, the actual construction process of the quality indicators often deviation from the expected case.

The circuit arrangement of equipment two-cage Steckel mill We obtain a formula for calculating the change in the temperature of the metal at the point of the technological process, taking into account factors affecting the temperature of the metal during rolling and transportation in the mill train. [19] , (2) where is strip temperature in process point; is temperature loss due to thermal radiation; is temperature loss due to convective heat transfer with the environment; is temperature loss due to contact heat transfer; is heating the strip in the deformation zone due to the energy of plastic strain; is temperature rise in the coiler in furnaces.
The model allows us to analyze temperature fields along the coil section and to optimize the technological modes of rolling in order to achieve a certain and uniform distribution of the strip temperature over the coil section, which will allow us to obtain high-quality rolled products with desired properties.

The properties of the seismic geophones are important factors for high-resolution seismic exploration and have a great infl uence on data quality. The traditional electromagnetic hydrophones in seismic exploration technology is relatively mature, mainly adopts the electromagnetic induction principle to design measuring speed vibration sensor[3-5].
Mechanical model is shown in Fig .2.
This is the principle of the electro-mechanical transformation by the acceleration piezoelectricity geophone.
