The surface chemistry of these prepared ceramic samples was characterized using an X-ray diffraction with Philips PW 1830 (the Netherlands).
The released Si could have bound with oxygen, forming a silicate network structure on the surface, which might be capable of holding elements of the proteins together in an organized fashion, thus contributing to the architecture of connective tissue [10].
It was obvious that from the data, the difference on the ceramic surface chemistry affected the cell differentiation as the SPS samples consisted of various amounts of calcium phosphates which included hydroxyapatite and beta tricalcium phosphate.

Nanorod/nanotube structures of TiO2 with high surface area on fibrous substrates are good candidates for such applications.[13,14] Here we have developed a system where high surface area titania nanorods were hydrothermally grown on glass fibre substrates that were chosen due to their high strength, robustness, good pH stability and low cost.[15] We have further photochemically deposited Pd nanoparticles on TiO2 nanorods to enhance the decolourisation performance through localised surface plasmonic resonanace (LSPR) effect.

Tables 1 and 2 show the chemistry, condition, hot rolling temperatures and cold reductions applied to the steels under investigation.
The trial chemistry was similar to that of steel 2 (Table 1) and the key parameters used for four coils are summarised in Table 3.

As ice presents an unstable surface, changes were observed during the experiment, and more scrutiny on the ice surface is required in parallel with more detailed reporting on the changes in the surface chemistry, water adsorption resulting from the surface pores, and temperature of the ice and the ambient environment.

The silica has structure in which the silicon atom is boned to four surrounding O atoms by Si-O-Si bonds.
We also believe that the silica extracted from RHA would have similar characteristics and can be utilized in chemistry in the same manner.
