Abstract.
To increase the durability of bamboo it is important to find an easy method to fill the micro and meso structure of the biological matrix using a nano-structural material with an anti-fungical activity.
For the synthesis of silver nanoparticle in flow mode two syringe pumps were used, purchased from Future Chemistry, and one glass micro reactor from Micronit.

The chemistry and physical properties of the hot face refractories with and without phosphate additions used in the gasifier tests is listed in Table 1, and an average coal ash chemistry similar to the coal ash chemistry that samples were exposed to during the approximate 8 months of testing is listed in Table 2.
Chemistry was similar to coal ash chemistry used in the gasifier.

Gases have one main path to be removed, through the porous structure of the refractory, which is a diffusion process.
This valance change of the slag Fe will be subject to influence by the low oxygen partial pressure on the gasifier side, resulting in a balance between the two structures that is controlled by diffusion.

The XRD pattern shows that crystal structure of the sample with no Zn is basically single-phase.
The SEM results indicate that the samples have porous structures and the gain size decreases with the content of Zn increasing.
