Introduction
Developments of constitutive models for a wide range of engineering materials, including soils, have been found extensively for recent decades [1-7].
The cyclic fuzzy set model provides analytical and simple geometrical interpretation to formulate hardening, hysteresis features, materials memory, and kinematic mechanisms without invoking a complex analytical formulations.

Then two others construction materials, namely, concrete and brick, were assumed to be adopted to construct the dormitory.
The comparison on LCA results of the three buildings using different construction materials showed that the dormitory constructed by wood is relatively greener than that of dormitory constructed by concrete and brick.

The composite materials play an important role in field of engineering and construction.
In pure materials mechanical properties are less as compare to composite materials and hence now a day’s we are using composite material with good mechanical properties [1].
Experimental Setup Materials and Preparation: Today's many hard materials are used as composite.

The material can effectively improve the toughness, but fiber added in materials will fall off from the matrix when members after cracking and capacity will decline.
Generally the materials need add the large volume fraction fiber in concrete.
