The lateral restricted vehicle system effectively avoids the dangerous condition on the test of vehicle ESP control and promotes the safety of test and research.
Because of the restriction of the flexible pole in front and back, the happening of relatively much over steering can be avoided effectively, so the safety of the test can be guaranteed.

At present, many countries regard security as the field of public safety [3,4,5].
The contents of security include not only anti-theft, anti-robbery, anti-invasion, anti-destruction but also personal safety, fire safety, traffic safety, information security and communications security.
In China, security is a part of social public safe, security industry is a branch of public safety industry.

Thus, their seismic safety is the object of increasing attention at the National and International level [1].
In the pre-seismic event phase, these data can be analyzed to evaluate the ability of the structural subsystem to withstand seismic events on the basis of tremors, such as those due to traffic or wind excitation, by updating the numerical model.

As shown in Fig.1, the two approaches can produce different factors of safety and the factor of safety can vary for different assumed design soil parameters.
As the rate of excavating is a critical component in determining how the ground movements are controlled in certain stage construction, a rapid deterioration in the factor of safety is clear and the risk level will become intolerable in a rapid mode, as shown in the traffic light system in Fig. 7 [4].
Fig. 7 Risk trigger value in traffic light system for an incremental excavation (modified from [4]) When the communication between involved groups is poor, the project risk tends to be worse.
