The chemical composition, morphology and crystal structure were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM).
Thus, the ITO powder is a substitution oxide solid solution with a cubic structure of In2O3.
This indium tin oxide has the same cubic structure with In2O3 and no new morphology structure had been formed.

Introduction Magnesium alloy is currently the lightest metal structure material, and it also has excellent electromagnetic shielding and good thermal performance [1,2].
From Fig.2(a), it is seen that AlN particles are distributed inside the grains and at the grain boundaries, surrounded by the white eutectic structures.
The EDS data of the white structures and dark particles in Fig. 2(b) are given in Table 1, and the atomic ratio of Cu/Zn in the white phase is close to 1:1.
