The sintered coatings presented a very homogeneous polycrystalline structure free of cracks.
After the preparation of stable and well-dispersed suspensions, the EPD parameters, such as applied voltage and applied time, will affect the coating structure.
The powder was characterized structurally using X-ray diffraction, which revealed the typical crystalline structure of HA.
Also many interconnected microporosities remain in the structure.
It indicates that the EPD coating and procedure do not have a negative effect on the HA phase structure.

Successful Spheripol’s licensor activity in these directions resulted into fundamental production facilities structure change in the industry having provided the leading role of this process with production of more than one third of the global volume as it is shown in papers [1,2].
Ash chemistry has been analyzed using atomic absorption method with Solaar M5 spectrophotometer, while polymers have been done with IR Fourier transform Avatar 370 spectrophotometer and process analyses have been performed according to the standard practice.
Crystallization curve shape given at Fig. 2 bore an evidence of the following: long deposit crystallization half-period did of the polymer crystal structure inhomogeneity, occurrence of the second allowed peak on the low-temperature place (or inflection) for powder in a range about 1110C did of the presence of crystal structures from macromolecules with a structure similar to deposits.
Conclusions - PP powder and deposit structure and chemistry analysis results give evidence of insignificant fine powder particle input in deposit composition

So if we can remove the material at atomic level likes chemistry machining in which the interactive force is small enough not to cause brittle crack and plastic deformation, the perfect surface is possibly available[4,5].
The system is composed of dual rotors off-center structure with constant pressure relocatability on.
In [-Si-O-]n structure the Si-O bond length L is determined by the angle φ of Si-O-Si written as [12]: (3) In [-Si-O-]n structure the angle φ is in the range of 120˚ to 180˚ with the high probability existence of 144˚, and the Si-O bond energy has a relationship with the bond length L shown as follows: (4) From Eq.3 and Eq.4 we can know that the larger angle φ of Si-O-Si has the higher Si-O bond energy.
The nanoparticle SiO2 deviates from the normal stable structure for the surface lack of oxygen atoms, and therefore its molecular formula is SiOx with x within the range of 1.2 to 1.6 [13].
To form the stable tetrahedron the angle φ of Si-O-Si in the nanoparticle is usual larger than normal structure.

However, but the structure is still erratic with the separation of two phases (lipids and polymers).
In the infrared spectrum of the composite film, there is a peak at 3341 cm–1; it has appeared due to vibration of hydrogen bonds in the structure of the composite.
Several studies show that long-chain fatty acids, such as oleic acid, often produce emulsions with smaller droplets and have a suitable layer structure for increased water resistance [15].
The study was carried out with the composite structure of HPMC/BW from HPMC frame (5 %) and glycerine components (2 %), BW (5 %), OA (1 %).

Change in Chemical Structure with Pyrolysis Temperature. The infrared spectra of the sewage sludge and biochar samples, revealed their complex chemical bond structure consisting of mixture of mineral and organic matter.
The two peaks at about 3420 and 1400cm-1 corresponding to stretching vibration and bend vibration of OH groups, the peaks at about 1640cm-1 corresponding to C=C stretching vibration in aromatic structure, these peaks became weak with the increasing of pyrolysis temperature.
The peaks at about 1050cm-1 corresponding to C-O stretching vibration, the peaks at about 796 and 694 cm-1 corresponding to C-H in aromatic structure, the intensity of these peaks increases from sewage sludge samples to B7 indicated stability of some other organic matter.

The structure and properties of the regenerated bagasse derivatives were characterized with FT-IR and CP/MAS 13C-NMR.
The signals representing crystalline structure at 61.6 ppm for crystalline cellulose C-6 and 86.0 ppm for crystalline cellulose C-4 were absent, indicating the crystalline structure of native cellulose was destroyed after modification.
