Introduction
The term "Micro Material'' refers to materials with an average grain size of 0.5 to 400µm.
Numerous minute adjustments to the process of creating auto particles cause materials molecular structure to alter.

And thermal bonding process increases the wearer safety of puncture-resistance materials.
Nevertheless, these materials are also necessary to be applied for motorcycle racing driver, taxi driver, and instruments packaging [2].
But puncture-resistance materials made by this method are inflexible and uncomfortable to wearers.

Keywords: Nano-silica, CF/EP composites, Interlaminar fracture toughness, Delamination.
It was found that the fracture toughness of the nano-silica modified epoxies and the interlaminar fracture toughness of nano-silica modified CF/EP composites have been increased significantly (>50%), while the strength and modulus of the materials remain unchanged or slightly higher.
Some CT specimens in each group were post cured at 110 o C for one hour to further increase the cross-linking density of the materials.

Using the micromachining
system, a group of polishing experiments is conducted for two kinds of hard-brittle materials such
as silicate glass and silicon nitride.
The results show the feasibility and the advantage of the PMAWJ machining system for polishing hard-brittle materials.
It is used to machine not only traditional materials, but also hard-to-machine materials even polymer matrix composites [2].

A continuous deformation measurement system of two dimensional granular materials displacement based on digital image correlation method (DIC) has been build up.
Recent trends in geomechanics research reveal an interest in the micro-scale mechanisms responsible for the macro-scale behavior of granular materials.
To understand such micro-scale mechanisms in granular materials requires the ability to measure both the kinematics and the force distribution through the granular assembly.
For real materials, full grain kinematics characterization has become possible using digital image correlation (DIC) [8,9].
