With the rapid progress in semiconductor process technology, GaN nanostructured materials with various morphologies have been successfully synthesized via different routines.
Contrary to the bottom-up synthesis, top-down etching process is an alternate way to achieve nanorod structures by removing the constituent elements from the original materials.

Introduction With the rapid industrial development, a variety of difficult to machine materials are used widely such as hard and brittle materials, high tenacity materials and high strength materials.
During using the method for machining, the materials can be etch mainly by means of the thermo-chemical effect.
To solve the problem of low efficiency in the precision machining of the transparent materials, Wang.
It can machine metal materials, brittle materials such as ceramics, and semiconductor materials, etc.
