Since the time-series data will not change characteristics of the data after the logarithmic conversion, and to a certain extent, it can eliminate time sequence heteroscedasticity.
The constructed empirical model is equation 2 : LogY=C0+C1Log(GDP)+C2LogX1+C3logX2+C4logX33 (2) Data Description GDP: Nominal GDP;Y: It represents the amount of carbon emissions.
The data is in Tab.1.
The above data is from the “2011Xinjiang Statistical Yearbook ”, “China Energy Statistical Yearbook”.

After 5 months, the reduction rate of transmittance for the sample without anti-soiling coat was 7.1%.
The exposure period was from September 7, 2012 to January 25, 2013 and the data is measured every week.
In order to avoid the washing effect of rainfall, the data which was rainfall in the measurements period was excluded.

It was found that the reduction in grain thickness was significantly less than that predicted from geometric considerations, and at larger strains, a minimum high angle grain spacing, which was equal to the crystallite size was achieved.
The EBSD data were subsequently analysed by VMAP, an in-house software package.
(Data from Jazaeri and Humphreys [4]) The effects of temperature and strain rate Figure 2 shows examples of EBSD maps of the 3µm grained deformed materials, and demonstrates the effects of deformation temperature and strain on the microstructures.
Although these boundary velocities are still less than those required at temperatures below 150 o C, the discrepancy is much smaller, and considering the lack of detailed data on real mobilities and the approximate nature of our calculations, they may indicate that solute-free boundary migration is an important factor.
During deformation in channel die plane strain compression, of a 3µm grained Al-0.1Mg alloy at temperatures up to 200 o C, it was found that the reduction in grain thickness was significantly less than that predicted from geometric considerations. 2.

Visibly, the linear fitting of the experimental data points indicated that the first order assumption in this temperature range was reasonable.
Fig. 5 shows the Py-IR spectra of the CoMoS/γ-Al2O3 catalyst at different reduction temperatures in the region of 1400 - 1700 cm-1.
They may be firstly transformed into new SH groups, however some SH species may also be released as H2S under hydrogen reduction conditions.

The linear fitting of the experimental data points indicated that the first order assumption was reasonable.

Materials and Experimental Techniques An ∅0.9 mm Ti-50.0 and 50.7at%Ni wire supplied by the Central Research Institute for Materials (St-Petersburg, Russia) is cold-rolled using a FENN four-height laboratory rolling mill to obtain e=0.88 to 1.9 logarithmic thickness reductions (Ti-50.0at%Ni) and e=0.77 to 1.55 reductions (Ti50.7at%Ni).
A logarithmic thickness reduction of e=0.88 gives rise to the formation, along with the welldeveloped dislocation substructure, of the nanocrystalline and partially amorphous structures.
The same trend is observed for the Ti-50.7at%Ni alloy after cold rolling up to e=1.55 and 0.77 logarithmic thickness reductions.
When comparing data on the thermal stability of amorphous alloys, their processing method must be taken into account.
DSC testing From the DSC thermograms for Ti-50.0at%Ni (Fig.6) and Ti-50.7at%Ni alloys, two types of data are extracted: latent heat and temperatures for direct and reverse transformations (Fig.7).

The capping agent helps in crystallite size reduction with hexagonal structure.
These capping agents are helpful in the reduction of Van der Waals attraction between the nanoclusters and hence free energy which prevent the agglomeration and subsequent reduction in particle size [17].
Khare reported a decrease in particle size for these capping layers and an increase in bandgap due to the reduction in Van der Waals interaction between nanoclusters [18].
The largest FWHM was seen for glucose monohydrate which resulted in a reduction in crystallite size [24, 26].

The data obtained showed that the incorporation of 15 wt.% of OFCD caused no significant differences in the tensile modulus, tensile strength and flexural modulus.
The individual value plot statistical method (Minitab 15TM® software) was used to visually represent and evaluate the mechanical property data.
The data obtained showed a tendency to obtain higher values of modulus of elasticity with the incorporation of OFCDs.
However, there was no statistically significant difference between the data.
The data obtained in the present study showed that the extraction of oil contributed to a better dispersion of the coffee dregs in the PHB.

Secondly, a test specimen was manufactured by creating NC data from the developed post processor program.
Equation (1) shows that CL data are converted by the rotation of the table, while equation (2) shows that the tool posture vector is converted by tilting
Table 2 shows the results after post-processing CL data extracted from CATIA by Post Works and by E-POST.
In addition, NC data were created by the post-processor program, Post Works and by E-POST to machine an impeller.
The created NC data were simulated by Vericut, as manufactured by the British corporation, CGtech.

According to the statistical meteorological data, its mean annual precipitation is around 1200 mm, actual annual maximum rainfall is 1625 mm (in 1954), maximum one-day rainfall is 191.8 mm (1974), and precipitation in the flood season takes up more than 80% of the total precipitation in the whole year.
Basic topographic data: Actually measured 1/2000 relief map of the Jinsha River and the Hengjiang River, and 1/5000 relief map of the Yangtze River reach.
Hydrologic data: Flood control design of Pingshan, Hengjiang and Lizhuang conducted based on the hydrologic data measured before 2010 and the past survey hydrologic data; major flood survey data of each part in the past.
Owing to the rich topographic data for the calculation, the surface and two-dimensional stream mathematical model will be adopted in the calculation of all reaches, so as to reflect the impact of river regime change on the water level.
It's also necessary to strengthen the construction of flood forecast system and early warning system, including the foundation construction in terms of weather, hydrology, watercourse, sediment and observation, establish and improve the management system, and enhance the people's awareness of flood control and disaster reduction.

Even though strength is not clearly affected by the reduction of the holding time after the last deformation pass, Charpy properties are considerably improved in the case of the Nb steel.
For a lower coiling temperature of 600 ºC, in Nb steel slightly finer unit sizes are measured when the holding time is decreased from 10 to 0 s, even if in Nb-Mo steel the beneficial effect of the reduction of holding time is not observed.
Tensile data (yield strength and tensile strength) are plotted in Fig. 5a and b as a function of coiling temperature for both chemical compositions and holding times after last deformation.
Concerning the term related to the microstructural unit size refinement, Fig. 6 shows that the reduction of coiling temperature leads to an increment of its contribution in both steels.
