Results Mutations to coumarin resistance sites in E. coli According to sequence data the following results were obtained: for Arg-136 two isolates had mutations, the first is isolate-1 (Ala-136), and the second is isolate-5 (Cys-136).
The following percentage errors were obtained MG1655 (0%) and (1.5%) for CFT073 (data compared to sequences in www.uniprot.org).
Novel GyrB mutations observed in the interrogated isolates An important note about the present data is that the high substitution rate region (a.a 132 to 166) is more confined to isolates 1 to 5.
However, the new mutations identified in this study are not involved in the reduction of ATPase activity [1].
This is confirmed by the normal growth patterns observed in all interrogated isolates (data not shown).

Since it is on planet platform, images are strongly affected by atmospheric factors. The experiments and analysis were taken to evaluate the six EEAs using the synthetic and real hyperspectral image data.
To assess performance of the algorithm for the endmember extraction from different noise contaminated data sources, different Gaussian White Noise were added into the synthetic data using the AWGN function in the Fig.3 Change detection results of HR image (a) original image; (b) change detection with preliminary endmember; (c) classification with Optimized ICA algorithm Matlab oftware.

Dimensionality Reduction and Recognition Method 3.1 Principal Component Analysis The method of PCA is a popular dimensional reduction technique with the goal to find a set of orthonormal vectors in the data space, which can maximize the data’s variance and map the data onto a lower dimensional subspace spanned by these vectors.
Therefore, eigenvectors can be written as a linear combination of data vectors.
We employ the traditional approach, which involves vectorizing the three-dimensional information and constructing a covariance matrix by using multiple instances of the vectorized data. 3.2 Dynamic Time Warping DTW[12] is a dynamic programming technique for template matching, which has originally been applied to problems of the field of speech processing.

When processing the experimental data for obtaining the adequate mathematical model, optimizing the compositions and constructing the graphical dependencies, the Maple package was used.
Figure 1 data show that the bitumen and SAA consumption increase results in P, S, BC reduction and WR increase at the asbestos content of 20%.
The activated mineral powder composition is computer-selected by interacting with PC, when the user and machine exchange data.
The user enters the data of the specification providing the required properties of the MP-1 activated mineral powder according to GOST 32761-2014.
Then the user enters the input data: the content of asbestos (from 0 to 20% by mass), bitumen (from 0 to 2% by mass) and SAA (from 0 to 2% by mass) and issues the command for calculating.

Out of many tasks carried out by USV the following tasks should be mentioned [8]: ● fairway monitoring (in cooperation with the VTS traffic service); ● patrolling outside breakwaters, flyovers, gas pipelines; ● supervision over the vessel traffic (especially motor boats, fast racing boats, hybrid boats, etc.) by means of their detection, tracking and identification, establishing communication, calling for showing ID cards by crews; ● depth monitoring on outside water areas (approach fairway, roadstead, anchorage) and inside areas (turning basin, wharfs); ● development of a map of the sea bottom of the harbour water area, a roadstead, an anchorage and that of the closest area to serve as a data base describing the forms of the sea bottom for its further comparison with the results of periodic measurement (including positions of underwater objects like boulders, rubble heaps, channels, sandbanks and other places convenient for using mines); ● inspection of underwater cables, pipelines
, development of the mission and a broadly understood development of unmanned platforms; ● reduction of emissions due to their small size and secrecy of action is maintained; Equipment of USV used to protect harbours Threats to harbour functioning and tasks required to be done by unmanned surface vehicles require the use of proper sensors, mechanisms and installed systems onboard.
Fig.1 Sensors of Polish Unmanned Surface Vehicle The patrolling mission of the harbour water areas within a framework of Harbour Protection tasks (in an automatic variant – by introducing waypoints into the plotter that determine points of manoeuvres), in addition, includes: ● supervision of the condition of hydro-technical arrangements (periodic inspection executed by means of optical devices of the condition of mooring systems, guard timbers, breakwaters, etc.); ● monitoring and supervision of other vessels traffic within the harbour area (or as an independent mission); ● monitoring and supervision of unauthorized persons moving on breakwaters and on the elements of a bridge for gas transport; ● depth measurements; ● data gathering by chemical and biological sensors (pollution monitoring); ● hydro-meteorological data gathering (measurement of wind force and direction, water temperature, etc.); ● inspection of an underwater part of ship’s hull berthing at a quay (using an unmanned
Analysis of data concerning tactical-technical parameters and equipment of USV carrying out tasks within a framework of activities carried out by state authorities on the open waters, in harbours and on coastal waters shows that except the tactical-technical parameters, the following elements should be taken into consideration: · manoeuvring capabilities of the vehicle (a forced stop and circulation radius); · continuity and accuracy of position fixing; · short time between issuing a command and the vehicle response; · resistance of hull to damage; · area of effective reflection; · possibility of continuous circular observation; · due to relatively small distances, in the case of optoelectronic systems, resolution is more important than the range; · Equipment of the vehicle with non-lethal weapon.
While information transferred from the superordinate control system relates to the control of the vehicle, the data delivered from cooperating systems (e.g.: VTS, VTMS, Coastguard, Police) must in addition go through a special device that in fact functions as a filter for selecting only useful information concerning the current action (process).

Sensor data of 150 seconds is collected and processed to estimate the misalignment and gyroscope bias.
The data from M-SINS and S-SINS should be collected and processed simultaneously.
To implement the application in random position, the wireless tactical data link (TDL) such as Carrier Aircraft Inertial Navigation System (CAINS) based on Link-4A communication system is required.
The synchronization of the data is also critical.

However, 3DXRD measurements can only be performed at high energy synchrotron sources, the measurements are typically not easy and the data analysis is demanding as the data sets almost always are very large and new software often has to be developed to treat the "state-of-the-art" data.
Therefore, a plate rolled at intermediate draughts is chosen for the present work, and to be able to compare with previous work, it is rolled to a relatively high rolling reduction (90%).
The starting material was cold rolled to 90% reduction in thickness.
Despite this scatter, the data show that the surface samples in general are more recrystallized than the bulk samples at a given annealing time.
Here it was found by microstructural path modeling that linearly clustered nucleation fits the experimental data well [13].

The building parts were created and the material properties and weather data file were chosen to run the simulations.
The simulation used model year climate (MYC) weather data station for Subang, Malaysia located at latitude 3.2° N and longitude 101.9° E.
A month simulation was done for March which is the hottest in the typical weather data in Malaysia [8].
The results are presented by hourly data that were averaged out with a one-day profile.

The merging of the graph is processed: the smallest edge of the graph is eliminated at each iteration, thus the corresponding regions are merged; then update the graph .When the weight of the smallest edge is larger than a given threshold, this graph reduction ends.
Result and Discussion The noise contaminated in the data may come from measurement and form error.
