Lastly we report some computational results with the proposed method. 1.Introduction For given matrix and vector , the linear complementarity problem consists of finding a vector which satisfies the conditions (1) Because the has a variety of applications such as the Nash equilibrium point of a bimatrix game, contact problems, the free boundary problem for journal bearings, etc.

(a) The initial dam (b) The accumulative dam
Fig. 1 Photos of the target tailings dam
According to the tailings geotechnical study and the dam design information, material partition of the tailings was shown in Figure 2, and the mechanical parameters of materials were listed in Table 1.
As the initial dam was constructed with rock-fill materials, which means good permeability, and the spill point of saturation line at the bottom of the initial dam is helpful to the stability of the tailings dam

Laminates with Continuous Compositional Change (Functionally Gradient Materials)
The concept of “Functionally Gradient Materials (FGM)” was proposed in Japan in 1984 and appeared in some journals from 1987 [5-8] to apply this type of materials into thermal protection for aerospace technology.
