The problem of introducing nanomaterials into a polymer matrix cannot provide an effective solution without matching the surface states of the nanomaterial filler and the polymer matrix for the resulting composite materials.
The main materials for protective powder coatings are polyester [2] and epoxy resins [3], as well as their mixed compositions [1, 3].

One of the first treatments of plastic flow for anisotropic materials was suggested by Hill [1].
Valliappan and his coworkers have presented an elasto-plastic finite element analysis of anisotropic work-hardening materials based on the extension of the Hill’s von Mises yield criterion [2].
PROBLEM DEFINITION AND OPTIMIZATION The typical anisotropic material is composite with different material properties in orthotropic direction.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT This research was supported by the center of Innovative Design Optimization Technology (iDOT), Korea Science and Engineering Foundation.

By adopting the asymptotic expansion method, the higher order crack tip asymptotic fields which are similar to the Williams’ solutions of plane crack problems in homogenous materials are obtained.
The boundary conditions of the crack surface are: (3) Higher Order Crack-Tip Asymptotic Field The studies of Delale[4,5] show that the crack tip stress field would be equipped with the same square root singularity as that of homogeneous materials when the material prosperities of different composite materials at the interfaces are continuous.
The effect of material nonhomogeneity appears in higher order items.
