Leachate is one kind of sewage including high-concentration suspension, organic or inorganic composition due to the degradation of biology and chemistry, the washout as well as the immersion of the surface water and the ground water (1).
When operating, we should make spreading, compacting, cover on each landfill cell, avoiding the loose structure of the garbage body.
At present, the technology of combination of the biochemistry, physics, chemistry, and the earth disposal is applied for the treatment of leachate generally.

Abstract: Rapid solidification processes (RSP) like gas atomization, might be used to increase the
extension of the solid solubility limits of iron and silicon in the Al matrix and therefore to increase
the formation of metastable crystalline phases or even to change the morphology and chemistry
intermetallic phases.
In the past, the investigations have been carried out to establish the compositions, morphologies and crystal structures of a large number of ternary and binary phases that exist in this ternary system [4-6].
At the same time, cooling conditions and chemistry acted together in order to difficult or avoid reactions that eventually could consume this phase to form others.

In copper damascene technology the isolating
material is patterned before metallization by
plasma etching using CF-containing
chemistries.
Looking at wettability, small feature sizes are an additional challenge, because the surface tension of the cleaning solution can hinder it from penetration inside these structures and thus no cleaning is possible.
Experimental Two sets of solid surfaces provided by AMD have been studied: Set 1 with three samples of polymer surfaces deposited by a plasma etching process using CF-containing chemistry for different process times (sample 1: 10 sec, sample 2: 15 sec, sample 3: 30 sec) and set 2 with four samples of a porous CVDSiCOH which has been treated by different etching and ashing processes: 20 sec. etch process, plasma strip 1 and 2 (PS1 and PS2, both reducing) and plasma strip 3 (PS3, oxidizing).

That is why, the
development and optimization of etching process for ZnO thin films is an important task to provide a
small feature size and an accurate pattern transfer for the various structures.
From the analysis of the etch rate variations with input process parameters as well as from the surface chemistry data obtained by XPS, it was concluded that the etch mechanism of the ZnO thin films in the Cl2/Ar plasma is represented by the ion-assisted chemical reaction.

One of the
commonly used method is to decrease the imparting content of modifier with high polymer chemistry
technology.
The initial purpose of imparting chemistry stabilizer in modified asphalt is to deal with the poor high-temperature stability of modified asphalt during the process of storage, in other words, to make sure that SBS modifier doesn't segregate with basic asphalt.
