Studying recycling old asphalt mixture solves the problem of environmental pollution and recycles the waste materials and saves a lot of resources, providing technical reference for recycling old asphalt mixture as pavement recycled materials in the applications of actual engineering. 1 Experimental method 1.1 Test instruments The main instruments of the experiment are as follows: The computer automatic concrete pressure testing machine, whose model is STYE-3000C, made in Zhejiang civil engineering instruments manufacturing co., ltd., is used to measure the compressive strength of the asphalt mixture .
Microcomputer controlled electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machine, whose model is WAW-1000B, made in Zhejiang civil engineering instruments manufacturing co., ltd., is used to determine the tensile strength and bending strength of asphalt mixture. 1.2 Experimental materials Recycled asphalt pavement materials (RAP) for the test are taken from the Yangquan Jiujie to Potou sections of Taijiu expressway, broken by milling.
The results have important guiding significance to the application in practical engineering of old materials recycling.

Fig.1 Main bridge of Yu-Cheng Bridge under construction In the original design of Yu-Cheng Bridge, engineers used NC in the whole bridge because NC had long been considered as an efficient construction material.
However, the service life of structures with NC has always been one of the most important problems in construction field and the defects of NC in construction applications, its weak durability particularly, have plagued civil engineers for a long time.

Table2 Test results of shallow arch circular steel pipe concrete support Models of support Weight of steep pipes (kg/m) Load limit (kN) Vertical displacement (mm) Load-bearing capacity of short column (kN) Φ168×6 24.0 1600 96 1709 Application of shallow arch circular arch steel pipe concrete support in very soft rock roadway 3.1 Engineering geological conditions The main slope well of mine well No.1 of Xilinhaote Chaganzhuoer is very soft rock roadway.
The engineering practice shows that the very soft rock roadway with a rock strength of 0.12 ~ 5.12MPa and a portion of more than 60% of clay minerals is stable and has a better supporting effect than concrete filled steel tube pouring layers after two months of installation of the shallow arch circular steel pipe concrete support.
