Many factors such as manufacturing technology of blade and erosion operating environment are considered to get more accurate results for service life of blade.
On the other hand, blade is also affected by corrosion.
At present, it is widely accepted that the design criteria, design guides or design codes used to evaluate the reliability of blade are limited, as they use the results of a simple deterministic analysis without considering the factors such as material properties and real operating environment.
Rao [3] developed various models to analyze the dynamic properties and stress of blade.
There are many factors contributing to the unsteady flow: nozzle wake, leakage flow, geometry variation of nozzle and so on.

The effect of an electric current pulse (ECP) is a very important method to increase mechanical properties of alloys, obtain fine and equiaxed crystals in the final solidification microstructure.
The parameter affecting the solidification structure of the hypereutectic high chromium cast iron included the temperature, processing time, pulse discharging frequency and discharging voltage and the pulse width, e t, in this paper, we investigate the affection of the starting temperature and processing time, in the case of processing, pulse discharging frequency, discharging voltage and the pulse width were not changed.
The effect factors of ECP treatment of starting temperature, processing time on the shape, size, distribution of primary carbides was investigated.
So, two factors have affection on the shape of the primary carbides, the key merely is which one has a major affect at the different processing time.
Two factors, which one is the forced convection caused under the periodic Lorenz force induced by ECP, another factor is the heating effect of ECP included the Joule heat effect and Peliter effect, cause the shape of the primary carbides changes.

Although lithium niobate (LiNbO3) crystal has better nonlinear properties, the advantage of LiTaO3 over LiNbO3 is its smaller birefringence and lower susceptibility to optical damage [1].
Surface roughness, cracks and scratches on a LiTaO3 crystal substrate may affect the performance of the final product.
This is especially true in the mechanical aspect where the friction force in the CMP is the main mechanical factor contributing to material removal and depends on the process condition.

The former is used to describe the measure properties regard as space dimensions represent certain angle of observation.
These factors may lead to traffic accidents directly or indirectly.
Our task in traffic accident analysis is to research and find out factors leading to accidents synthetically.
Traffic accidents can bring huge losses to people's life and properties.

The special properties of these alloys make machining them extremely difficult.
Shelar et al. [14] has examined the influence of machining parameters—cutting speed, feed rate, and depth of cut—on crucial output factors such as surface roughness, material removal rate, and dimensional accuracy.
Microhardness measurements and nano-indentations were employed to assess the mechanical properties and understand their impact on micro-milling.
Wear mechanisms involve adhesion and oxidation, with TiAlSiN coating demonstrating superior mechanical properties and oxidation resistance, leading to improved cutting performance.

The influence factors including the reaction temperature and the introducing model of monomers were investigated.
Studies have shown that polymers containing fluorine and silicone have hydrophobicity, low surface energy, chemical corrosion resistance and other properties.
Gypsum used in this work is commercial calcined gypsum powder and its properties are shown in Table 1, which are up to the standard requirements of GB9776-2008 Calcined gypsum .
Gypsum samples were prepared and tested with reference to the standards of GB/T17669.3-1999 Gypsum plasters-Determination of mechanical properties, GB/T17669.4-1999 Gypsum plasters-Determination of physical properties of pure past and JC/T698-1998 Gypsum blocks.
Taking the above factors into consideration, the reaction temperature should be controlled at the range of 75~80℃.

In each of these cases, the material may heat up unevenly, which leads to changes in the properties of the body during its production.
Introduction Polymer materials have a number of characteristic properties: a significant functional dependence of the physical and mechanical parameters of the polymer on temperature, significant creep deformations, etc.
Experimental Details A clear distinction between polymeric materials and other structural materials is the dependence of its physical and mechanical parameters on many factors, for example, on temperature.
Thus, this circumstance directly affects the rate of development of highly elastic deformations.
Consideration of the listed factors is considered in an elastic setting, for example, in papers [1-2].

Because of the complexity of the process of LAM, the process parameters including laser process parameters and cutting process parameters are affected by a lot of factors, such as cutting speed v, feed rate f, cutting depth ap, laser power P, laser spot diameter, laser scanning speed, spot position, angle of incidence θ, and so on.
But the influence factors of real heating cutting temperature field are very complicated.
And all material thermal physical properties (such as specific heat, density, heat transfer guide coefficient and thermal diffusion coefficient) are constants not changing with temperature

Introduction Processing property of high speed CNC machine is directly determined by the performance of motorized spindle.
Quanying Lu et al.[4] presented all kinds of factors, which gave rise to motorized spindle failure, taken measures for improvement.
The traditional mechanical transmission mode is changed by motorized spindle.
In addition other factors can cause spindle vibration, for example, spindle assembly, bearing accuracy, concentricity of the stator and the rotor, uneven air gap of the stator and the rotor, and so on.
The factors which can cause the motorized spindle failure are also analyzed.
