., Novocherkassk, Rostov Region, 346400 аyurij.berejnoi@yandex.ru, blipkin@yandex.ru Keywords: polyelectrolyte, polyacrylamide, ultrafine powders, structure of composite materials, properties of copper powders, surface activity of the filler, influence of polyelectrolytes.
The formation of a more homogeneous structure of the material is obtained due to the fact that in the process of obtaining powders polyacrylamide used as an additive to the electrolyte due to its high molecular weight, forms an adsorption layer on the surface of the powder, preventing the formation of strong bonds between the particles of powders.

Grafting is a chemical bonding of new structures on the modified polymer surface [14].
Plasma treatment leads to dramatic increase of zeta potential due to changes of the surface chemistry (oxidation) as discussed above.
Gold sputtered on PTFE surface for short sputtering times creates the non-continuous and non-homogeneous structures with typical dimensions up to ca 20 nm [20].

Therefore it is necessary to construct the fundamental and characteristic knowledge of this major according to the idea “ the application and development of highway engineering materials serve as the main thread, and strengthen of the ability of engineering practice serve as the core.” on the basis of the four elements of the material discipline: composition and structure, preparation and synthesis, properties of materials, use performance combined with college characteristics and industry advantage.
They are chemical basic of material preparation, foundation and principle of materials science and engineering, synthesis and processing technology of materials, materials detection and analysis technology, materials properties, computer simulation of materials structure and properties, especially.

The initial attempt at creating biomaterials was centred on including the best chemistry to interact with the biological environment.
Texturing not only increases the likeliness of achieving a more desirable surface chemistry, but also uses the interior order to support the arrangement of the chemical groups at the surface.
FTIR spectra for all HAp thin films showed characteristic apatite structure indicating phosphate absorption bands (Fig. 1b).
Current results did not achieve the goal of restoring hydroxyl ions in the HAp structure during hydrothermal processing of HAp thin films.
