During the injection process, the density of materials varies with temperature and pressure, and with the leakage of materials , the actual maximum injection volume (nominal injection volume) can be calculated by Eq. 2
Because of good liquidity of the materials, the injection pressure should reach 70~100.
Combined with the characteristics of self-healing composite gear mould, the conical main runner is located in base plate of fixed mould for the flow of melting materials and the removal of the condensed materials.

Use of hollow material in deck plate can reduce slab weight and improve the performance of fixing and installing hollow material.
Light weight concrete involves shortcomings in the management of material quality and material kinetics, and waffle slab is uneconomical in that form is complicated during field installation.

In this study, the PANI / PP composite conductive fiber filler has a larger L/D (Length/Diameter)ratio ,better flexibility, more corrosion resistance, and lower cost compared to the traditional conductive materials such as graphite, carbon black, carbon fiber, steel fiber and so on.
Experimental Experiment materials.
Fig.2 The effect of fiber content to conductivity of asphalt mixture Fig.3 seepage curve diagram The above-mentioned classical percolation theory was based on the three-dimensional model, combined with the two-phase composite materials, so it can’t be used as a general rules.
But it also contained some other multi-phase materials such as coarse aggregate, slag and asphalt, and conductive fibers.

Abstract:
We present a novel method to fabricate uniform GaN nanocone arrays (GNA) using Nickel-nanoisland masks.
With the rapid progress in semiconductor process technology, GaN nanostructured materials with various morphologies have been successfully synthesized via different routines.
Contrary to the bottom-up synthesis, top-down etching process is an alternate way to achieve nanorod structures by removing the constituent elements from the original materials.
