Higher amounts, however, would lead to the formation of TiN in the liquid or semi-solid state, such that the precipitations would become relatively coarse and the control of a fine-grained structure become inefficient.

Abstract.
The structure and properties of the materials were analyzed by the means of scan electron microscopy(SEM), X-ray diffraction(XRD) and micro-sclerometer.
The microhardness is gradient changing with the change of micro-structure.
There is almost no changes of hardness and structure of FGM under thermal shock for one times at 1300 o C.

Modifications to existing nano-synthesis protocols to formulate a nontoxic Green Chemistry Route are also presented.
These meta-stable states can also act as trap centers since their electronic structures differ from that of normal dopant ions.
Defect related traps are easy to be produced in host materials that have complicated crystal structures.
Such phosphors may open up new areas in phosphor chemistry.

The novel visible-light-driven Bi2WO6 photocatalyst with orthorhombic structures was
synthesized via a reverse microemulsion method.
For the samples synthesized at 130o C was not crystalled very well, it contain some amorphous structures.
To determine the elemental composition and chemical state of the as-prepared Bi2WO6 structures, XPS was carried out, and the results are shown in Figure.3 Characteristic binding energy (BE) value of 158.9 eV and 164.1 eV for Bi 4f7/2 (Fig. 3a) reveals a trivalent oxidation state for bismuth.
The sample was not crystalled very well in low temperature (130 o C), it had some amorphous structure and deficiency.

Abstract.
The results indicate that the microwave absorbing properties are improved by the urchin structure.
It is interestingly found that there is morphology-dependent electromagnetic parameter of these nickel structures.

Quartz, silicate and olivine are mostly associated with magnetite in native as inclusions, and have micro-fine disseminated structure.

The stockwork structure is very small; the average size of stockwork is 0.034mm, such a structure makes it very difficult to dissociate the magnetite from gangue.

The colored glass will be identified and shown that the insertion of transition metals (iron, manganese, and copper) into the crystal structure of silica causes Kaew Angwa to be colored.
It was used with wood and stucco and mostly at the pediment, gable shaped board, ma tang mai-main structure, the top of the pediment’s poles, hexagonal posts at the front, and the main posts, Kaew Angwa was also widely used in other provinces in the northern area.

Abstract.
The rheological and mechanical properties of PVC and cellulose composites were investigated as a function of surface structure and filler volume fraction.
The surface morphology structure of polymer composite was important characteristic because it determined many properties of polymer composite, such as thermal stability and mechanical properties.

Using Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC), Thermogravimetric analysis (TG) study the structure and properties of PCM, the optimized preparation techniques of PCM obtained by orthogonal tests.
SEM results showed that the PCM was homogeneous structure, binary of fatty acid dispersed in the continuous phase PAN; TGA results indicated that the degradation of the phase change material can be divided into three steps; DSC results showed that the crystallization enthalpy of PCM reached 143.27 J/g, the phase change temperature was around 23˚C, and the DSC thermal circulation showed good thermal stability of the PCM; cooling curve showed that the PCM had good heat insulation properties, holding time reached 800s, and after repeated thermal circulation, heat insulation properties remained the same.
Table 1 Orthogonal design of PCM L9(34) m(PAN-OMMT)/m(SA-LA) m(PAN)/m(OMMT) Time [min] Temperature [℃] 1 4/6 3/1 10 70 2 3/7 4/1 20 80 3 2/8 5/1 30 90 1.2 Performance characterization Surface morphology: The section morphological structure was observed by SEM (JSM-6460LV, JEOL LTD).
Fig. 1 shows that PCM is homogeneous continuous structure, SA/ LA uniformly distributed in the continuous skeleton PAN, and did not find the existence of free OMMT.
