Introduction
Titanium and its alloys are known as advanced materials in the astronautic industry for their superior physical and mechanical properties (e.g. high strength-to-weight ratio, high toughness, super corrosion and creep resistance, and biocompatibility) [1].
Therefore, the more desirable materials are needed to ameliorate the poor machinability of titanium alloys [3].
The particle reinforced titanium matrix composites (PTMCs) is more appropriate compared to titanium and titanium alloys owing to several attractive characteristics such as elastic modulus, high temperature property, super wear and oxidation resistance, and stable combination with the matrix materials, which are required in machining the critical structural components [4].

Keywords: DC power supply, recovery current, power CT, core material, core saturation.
According to the applied situation, an analysis is presented by selecting the core in different dimensions and with different materials, as follows: 1) Each core with the fixed inner radii a=22.5 mm; 2) Outer radii b= 30mm, 45mm, and 60mm; 3) Height of the core is 40mm; 4) Three types of core material shown in Table 2.
Under saturation state and within magnetic material part, the maximum value of flux density is increased up to which is determined by core material.
Conclusion According to the applied need, the recovery current value can be set up by adopting different core materials of , ; core radii dimension a, b; and the ratio of gap length over core mean length.
