EDS and X-ray diffraction were used to analyse the composition and phase structure of the surface layer and the dense layer of oxide film .The friction coefficient and wear of the surface layer and the dense layer of oxide film were measured by wear machine measurement ,and were compared with hard anode oxidation film.
The EDS and X-ray were used to analysis the elements and the phase structure of surface layer and dense layer of the MAO film.
The negative currents can promote oxide film growth which is due to the oxidation film P-N type semiconductor structure.
It is favorable to the film structure exchange the gamma-irradiation Al2O3 phase to alpha Al2O3.

The XRD data showed that all the materials are single phase, hexagonal α-NaFeO2 type structure.
The materials have the hexagonal α-NaFeO2 structure with Rm space group which is also the same structure as LiCoO2.
The R factor can also be used as an indicator of layered ordering in the hexagonal structure.
The improved performance of the LiNi0.7Co0.2Al0.1O2 material is attributed to good cation ordering, highly order layered structure and smaller crystallite size.

Preparation of Monodisperse Functional Polystyrene/Silica Microsphere Composite via Suspension Polymerization Method Sen Zhou1,2,a, Xu Jian Li1,b, Yong Juan Shi1,c, and Chun Jie Yan1,2,d,* 1Faculty of Materials Science and Chemistry, China University of Geosciences, Lu Mo Road 388, Wuhan, P.R.
The FTIR, SEM, EDS and BEI were used to characterize the structure and composition of monodisperse functional PS/Silica microspheres.
The EDS result of PS/silica microsphere’s profile, Fig. 2(f), indicated that there were C, O and Si existing in the structure of polymer.
It was very clearly that the silica dispersed evenly in structure of PS.
The results of SEM, EDS and BEI showed that the CMS had successfully composited into the structure of PS.

The structure of the cement stone was studied using scanning microscopy, thermographic and X-ray phase analysis methods.
Thus, the contribution of calcium hydrosulfoaluminates to the strength of the cement stone structure is dual in nature.
To assess the quality of the concrete structure, studies were carried out using the SEM (Fig. 8). 1 2 3 4 Fig. 8.

This synthetical strategy extends the understanding about nanomaterial chemistry and can be also useful for other systems such as fluorides, oxides and sulfides.
And Ce3+ is an excellent luminescent center in the reported scintillators because of its 5d to 4f transition emission, which is highly sensitive to compositions and structures of compounds [9].
In all, our research can improve the development and commercial application of β-NaLuF4 based materials as well as the synthesis of controllable micro- or nano-structure.

The corresponding optical and optoelectrical properties of TiO2 IO structures were investigated.
The prepared uniform IO structure of 288 nm was used as a photoanode for dye-sensitized solar cells.
Fig. 5 Schematic illustration of dye sensitized solar cell structure made of TiO2 IO.
By controlling the fill time of fill-hold-purge ALD process, the controlled uniform TiO2 IO structures were prepared, which exhibit improved controllability in preparation of IO structure than conventional infiltration method.

The structure of starch/lactic acid copolymer was characterized by IR and 1H-NMR, and its morphology was seen by SEM and XRD.
The structure of starch/lactic acid copolymer was affirmed by means of IR, XRD, 1H-NMR and SEM, and the effect of reaction conditions on the grafting degree of starch were discussed.
While the grafted starch have remarkable changes with the surfaces becoming loose and irregular, because the structure of starch have been destroyed by the graft copolymerization of starch with lactic acid.
Its structure and morphology are confirmed by IR, XRD, 1H-NMR and SEM, and the grafting degree of starch could reach 12.8% in this experimental condition.
