This steady state can be characterized by a grain size and an internal strain in pure metals, a single or multi phases state in alloys [3], a level of long range order and a domain size in ordered compounds [4], or an amorphized fraction in crystalline compounds [5].
Highly reactive surfaces created during ball-milling are favorable to chemical reactions and compounds formation.
As part of a project for the development of ODS steels, our aim was to elaborate a nanostructured Fe-Y2O3 alloy by reactive ball-milling.

In this research, the micro-sized Sn particle was introduced; the aim is to observe the effect of Sn addition to LTO.
Conclusion The compounds LTO/Sn in high loading until 30 wt.% have been successfully synthesized using sol-gel with stable electrochemical performance until 100th charge-discharge cycles.

Hull steel was body-centered cubic (bcc) crystal structure of low-alloy high strength steel, which would become brittle with the decrease of the temperature [5].
Al, Nb could associate with the harmful elements, such as C, N to form stable compounds from the solid solution and avoid the formation Coriolis air mass, which can weaken at a lower temperature strain aging phenomenon.
