However, Criado et al. [5] think that bands at 947 and 503 cm-1 represent the internal vibrations of [SiO4]4- and [AlO4]5- tetrahedra.
The composition of slag glass consists mainly of O, Si, Al, Mg and Ca, among which Si and Al exist as network forming cations, and Mg and Ca are network modification cations.

Dislocation Recovery in Casting Alloy by Positron Lifetime Technique M.A.Abdel-Rahman, M.S.Abdallah, N.A.Kamel and Emad A.Badawia Faculty of Science, Physics Department, El-Minia University, POB 61519, Egypt a emadbadawi@yahoo.com Keywords: Activation Energy, AlSiMg Casting Alloy, Defects, Isochronal Annealing, Isothermal Annealing, Positron Annihilation Abstract Recovery behavior of 20% plastically deformation of casting AlSi11.35Mg0.23 in various stages of isochronal annealing has been investigated by positron Lifetime (LT).
The advantage of PAT is its ability to distinguish different types of defects [1] such as vacancies, vacancy clusters, dislocations, grain boundaries, voids, etc. the effect of plastic deformation on positron annihilation technique was first reported by Dekhtyar et al, [2] Berko et al, [3] Hautojarvi [4] and Cotterill et al [5].

According to Zhang et al and Yaqoob Mohsin Baqer et al, a welded joint between two components made of different materials (titanium and steel or aluminum and titanium) can be produced by adjusting the process parameters [8,23].
According to Baqer et al, for Al/Mg and Mg/Ti compounds, coatings or interlayers, thus increasing the bond strength, can reduce the formation of intermetallic phases.
In test T2.2, the influence of PL, vs and EL on the flexural strength was investigated.

Nagao et al. [12] established that Ca reduces Bi impurities in Al-5% Cu alloy melts through the formation of Bi3Ca5.
Strontium was added in the form of Al-10%Sr master alloy, while magnesium was added as pure metal.
Trace additions of Bi and Ca were made using Al-5%Bi and Al-10%Ca master alloys (see Table 1 for actual levels obtained).

In addition, El hadari et al. [6] also reported that the tiny eutectic structures and fine round α-Al phases are favorable for better tensile strength and other microstructural features, such as composition of the Copper-rich phases and Fe-rich intermetallic compounds, can play an important role in tensile behavior.
Experimental Method In this study, commercial Al-10Si alloy with Cu addition 1, 3, 5 (wt.%) was employed, The Al-10Si ingot, cut into small pieces was melted in a crucible foundry, and then the liquid Al-10Si was added Ingot Cu .
The formed of intermetallic θ-Al2Cu phase indicate Cu dissolve into matrix α-Al despite contain of Cu lower than sollubility limits of Al.
