However, since Wigner [1] introduced the first quasi-probability distribution function in phase space for quantum corrections to classical statistical mechanics, a variety of quantum phase-space distribution functions have been proposed [2] , and found to have extensive uses in many areas of physics and chemistry [3].
In the general case, there are always many diatomic structures in the one-dimensional nanomaterial.
Diatomic systems are considerably more complex in structure than monatomic systems, and correspondingly less has been accomplished in the quantitative application of quantum mechanics to diatomic problems.

Introduction It is well known that the nonlinear partial differential equations (NPDEs) are widely used to describe complex phenomena in various fields of sciences, such as physics, biology, chemistry, etc. [1-4]Therefore, seeking exact solutions of NPDEs are very important and significant in the nonlinear sciences.
In this paper, with the(G’/G)-expansion method and a linear variable separation approach,we obtain a family of non-traveling wave solutions to (2+1)-dimensional Calogero-Bogoyavlenskii-Schiff system(2DCBS) (1) In Ref. [19], Zeng et al have studied the exact solutions and localized structures such as dromions and fractal solitons of equation (1) with the mapping approach.

We have previously found that graphene sheet not only acts as a supporter, but also plays a direct role in regulating the electronic structure of the metallic nanoparticle during catalytic reactions, and there is synergetic effect between graphene and the catalyst nanoparticles [11].
All the characteristic diffraction peaks of the samples were readily indexed to the structure of the anatase TiO2 (JCDPS 21-1272) and Cu2O (JCDPS 34-1354).

This was due to the PTFE material structure with the twisted chain, helical characteristics of carbon nanotubes, and the hexagonal structure in connection with many unusual mechanical and chemical properties.
On this kind of alloy enhance tribological properties, mainly from the interface structure, formation phase composition and structure of the ingredients to explain.
Many researches show that the amorphous structure is a metastability structure, which will be transformed to be heated to the crystal.

In addition, this process could also be observed by naked eyes because the structure color of the materials was also changed.
In practice, the methods were index stimulated responsive materials, using stimulated responsive materials to change the index or structure of them.
The peak wavelength of the stop band and its shift with temperature rising in the polymer inverse opal are explained as the Bragg reflection from a three dimensional periodic structure, under normal incidence, such a network diffracts a definite light whose wavelength can be predicated by Bragg law [11]: (1) Where d the distance between crystalline planes in the (111) direction, npolymer and nmedium are the refractive index of the polymer and medium, fpolymer and fmedium are their volume fractions (fpolymer + fmedium = 1).
