Blending of PHBV with PLLA can modify both mechanical properties and degradation rates of the polymer blends [3].

The experimental work was designed to study the effects of thermo-mechanical and thermal processing parameters on the properties of the Ti-6Al-4V alloy strip.
The tensile properties for this alloy are affected by heat treatment (microstructure), composition (in particular the interstitial content), and texture (primarily in sheet).
Tensile Properties.
This may be due to a number of factors including the relatively coarse microstructure, the oxygen content, and any directionality in the properties arising from unidirectional rolling.
These factors are currently being investigated in more detail.

Optical and electrical properties of the devices were investigated.
While the optical absorption and frontier orbital energy levels are mostly affected by the presence of phenyl or thienyl, the material´s solubility, thermal properties, film morphology, charge carrier mobility, and photovoltaic performance are altered significantly also by the N-substitutions due to differences in material properties arising from the change in intra- and intermolecular interactions in the solid state [5].
The detected properties are summarized in Table 2.
