Preparation and Characterization of PLGA/PLLA/PDLLA Composite Fiber Membrane Loading Naringin
Abstract:
The composite fiber membranes loading Naringin containing poly(lactide-co-glycolide), L polylactic acid and poly(DL-lactic acid) were prepared via electrostatic spinning. The composite fiber membranes were characterized via scanning electron microscope (SEM), mechanical properties test, contact angle measurement, while the release curve of naringin in vitro was developed via ultra-violet spectrum. The results showed that the fibers with smooth surfaces were in a narrow diameter range. The strength of composite fiber membranes was improved as the content of naringin increasing, while the hydrophobicity of the materials decreased. The release of naringin in vitro was sustained and steady and less initial burst release occurred in the system.
