For crisp grass carp (CGC), because of its protein types, contents, structure and thermal stability different from grass carp, how changes of protein stability effect texture of CGC during frozen storage were rare reported.

Nuclear power plants are objects of increased danger, so their development prospects are closely related to issues of safe operation 7] and protection of territories, personnel [8], the environment [9] on the territory of the station [10].
Main Part The water chemistry regime of each NPP is developed with account for providing the corrosion resistance of all structural materials that are exposed to the coolant action under the design conditions of operation [16, 17].
To anticipate the effectiveness of the water chemistry regime one has to determine the limit concentrations of compounds in the recirculating water for the intensity of corrosion products deposition on the power equipment heat exchange surfaces that requires long-term and labour-consuming experimental studies.
Its lifetime is short but its activity is so high that this time is sufficient to penetrate through the zirconium crystallographic structure [23].
Conclusion Summing up the research, we can say that due to the long operation of the equipment, its constant contact with the corrosive environment under neutron irradiation in the structure and properties of structural alloys there are changes that lead to some degradation of the surface of structural materials.

Abstract.
Introduction Bismuth tungstate due to a layered crystal structure and the band gap in the range of 2.56 –2.70 eV depending on the crystallite size and specific surface area [1-3] is promising photocatalyst.
At lower calcination temperatures the products form spongy agglomerated structure without strictly defined particle boundaries.
It is notable that used organic fuel does not change the morphology of the agglomerates of the as-prepared powder – structures are spongy in all cases, but the mode of particle growth changes during calcination.

Abstract.
The chemical technology, environmental measures associated with the curing chemistry has become the key of harmless manganese slag treatment.
Cement was used as a curing agent, which strengthened the force between dispersed particles in the slurry, and made it had a certain crystalline structure and hardness, and also accommodated some of heavy metal ions within the crystal, making part of the heavy metal ions reduced or mobility lost.
Lime was a coagulant, which could promote the crystal structure of the cement mixture prototyping rapidly and increase the hardness of cured.
Hence, the number of cementitious material was significantly increased, and the interface structure of gel and aggregate were improved.

The similarity in variation of the phase structure and the Td of BNKB ceramics reveals the nature of Li+ introduction source on phase structure in BNKB ceramics.
The effect and mechanism of Li+ introduction source on the phase structures and depolarization behavior were discussed.
The complex effect of these two effects will control the phase structure as the Li+ introduction increasing.
