The structure of hydrocyclone and channel is of reinforced concrete, and its overall reconstruction would cost huge investment and long period.
However, since thickness of channel and hydrocyclone is limited, excessive reconstruction could damage stability of structure.
The third one is reconstruction model allowed by structure stability to analyze if the local rebuilding plan is feasible. 1.

Through the simulation of above three models, it’s clear about the cause of disordered flow in hydrocyclone and the feasibility of local reconstruction plan allowed by structure.

Below 768℃ it is body-centered cubic (bcc) structured α-Fe, from 768℃ to 912℃, it is bcc structured β-Fe, in the temperature range of 912℃ to 1400℃, it is face-centered cubic (fcc) structured, called γ-Fe. from the melting point of 1400℃ to 1527℃, it is bcc structure, called δ-Fe.
Fig. 2, 3 respectively show the lattice structure of β-Fe and γ-Fe.
