The metal particles are usually made of carbonyl iron, powder iron, or iron/cobalt alloys to achieve a high magnetic saturation.
Carbonyl iron is obtained by Monda method, which relies on the processing of technical iron to the organometallic compound of iron –pentacarbonyl iron Fe(CO)5 and next controlled thermal decomposition of this compound to ultra-pure iron obtained in the form of dust-sized particles of 10-4 - 10-7 m.

The papers aim is to detail temper bead realization, as a possible solution to the removal of heat treatments.
The more alloy constituents, the more likely to form hard and brittle compounds as martensite or bainite in the HAZ.
How much is re-melted depends on the overlap, but typically, a minimum 40% overlap is the aim.

In Table 1 presents data on the thermal stability of the specified compounds.
It was established that in the presence of even 0.25 wt % or more TiCl₄, the thermal stability of the compounds increases due to the reverse reaction of small amounts of TiCl₄ with the emerging metallic titanium.

This technology aims at increasing the difficulty for nitrogen atoms to diffuse from the crystal lattice of iron.
The outermost layer is Ni-P alloy obtained by electroless nickel plating, and the corresponding hardness is about 480 HV.
So the Ni-P alloy layer has good corrosion resistance.
On the other hand, the iron nitride is mainly the intermetallic compound of Fe2-3N matrix.

This paper aims at explaining the background of the intelligentized concrete, briefly describing the state of the field and the hot spot issue of three kinds of intelligentized concrete which is of unitary function, and looking forward to the development trends and prospects of the Intelligentized concrete.
In order to avoid or mitigate losses, the shape memory alloy can be embedded in concrete, to form shape memory alloy concrete.
Another significant advantage of shape memory alloys is pseudo-elastic properties and phase transition hysteresis properties, the stress - strain forms a circularity during the process of loading and unloading, which shows that the shape memory alloy can absorb and disperse plenty of energy in the process.
