Based on the actual structure of scroll vacuum pump, all the other parts are established through UG, such as Orbiting Disc, Fixed Disc, Vacuum pump Housing, Cross ring, Principal shaft as is shown in the following figure 2 to figure 6.
Because the structure of orbiting disc is quite complex and the force of various parts is different.
In order to accurately reflect the displacement field and stress field of disc, the best way is to set all structure of the disc, including subtle chamfering and others as study subjects to study the important structure.
The static analysis for the structures of scroll vacuum pumps is adopted for simplification through finite element method, because it is simpler than dynamic analysis.
That structures which can bear the greatest pressure, the biggest pulling force, the largest blending or maximum torque and so on are chosen as commonly used calculation working conditions.

And we find that all the structures of metal-encapsulated KnSi8(n+1) (n=2-12) nanowires are stable with silicene-like structures (See Fig. 1).

The micro-graphitic structure of the AC was studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD).
The XRD and BJH results also show that amorphous carbon was the dominating form, and the pore size distribution represents micropore structure.
The micro-graphitic structure, surface topography and pore structure of the AC was characterized.
This further results in disordering in the internal structure and ultimately generates carbon structure with primarily amorphous carbon.
The XRD and BJH results demonstrate that the obtained Ac is microporous and the internal carbon structure is primarily amorphous carbon.

Abstract.
The XRD result showed that the structure of N-La co-doped TiO2 was anatase.
The crystal structures of the synthesized N/La co-doped TiO2 and undoped TiO2 were studied by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), as shown in Figure 1.
