For brittle material, the evolution of the interface Γo separating the undamaged material d = 0 to
the damaged one d = 1 have been studied in a framework based on an energetical description ([4, 11]).
The initial material and the damaged material are separated by a surface Γo.

The purpose of the present work was to study effect of HWE on growth of Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus reuteri and Lactobacillus bulgaricus with material properties.
Materials and Methods Microorganism Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Lactobacillus reuteri and Lactobacillus casei were obtained from College of Life Science & Engineering, Shaanxi University of Science & Technology.
