This article deals with a development of new filtration materials for respirators.
These materials can be used for example as wound dressing [1], materials for drug delivery system [2], blood vessel prosthesis [3], electrically conductive nanofibers [4], membranes for batteries [5], nanofibers composites [6,7] or highly efficient materials for filtration [8].
Filtration materials in respirators should remove contaminants and dust particles from an inhaled air and nanofibrous materials with their very small inter-fiber pores have a great potential to meet this goal.

Performance stability of stalks composites is poor, the materials performance can not be guaranteed perfectly safe.
NDT is a method under the premise of without damaging the performance of the tested object, which applies a variety of physical principles and chemical phenomena, gets effective detection of the materials properties, the integrity, continuity, security reliability and certain physical performance of materials can be evaluated [1].
The reason was the material substances (stalk cell wall) in the mean unit volume increased with the density increase of soybean stalks particleboard, more substantial materials can enhance the resistance to the external damage.

Abstract: An hBN-Y2O3 composite investment moulding material was developed for investment
casting Ti-6Al-4V alloy.
Hexagonal boron nitride (hBN) powders plus a few Y2O3 powders were used as the investment mould material to prepare the shell mould with colloidal yttria as binder.
