The research of this topic provides a method from the theoretical calculations for in search of new fiber-optic sensing materials.
The simulation of the semiconductor materials' properties in theory by using computer has some inadequacies.
In this alloy materials, the lattice distortion, caused for that atomic In is replaced by Ga, can be compensated appropriately for the replacement of P by As.
Further, based on calculation program of molecular dynamics, a series of optical properties of materials have been studied.

Therefore for development of the desired composition alloy can only be achieved by using good grade raw materials.
Following raw materials were arranged i.e.
The melting of raw materials was started at 1100 and gradually increases to 1200 degree centigrade.

According to HMH, it is 13, and in real life it falls within the range 0.5<τwσw<0.8 for ductile materials.
None of the criteria analysed can be applied to estimate the fatigue life under non-proportional loadings for materials that are sensitive to non-proportional loads. 3.
