MAT performance depends on various manifest variable which include fluctuation of prices of materials [12-14], shortages of materials [3, 15, 16], Late delivery of materials [17-19] and changes in material specification and type [18].
As materials are considered as the backbone of construction projects [11], therefore, any problem related to construction materials would significantly affect the project [13].
Monopoly of suppliers and unavailability of local material unstable of material could be reasons of materials issues.
Hence, it is very important to stabilize the cost of materials, use of locally available material and effect material planning and management can help in controlling construction cost.

2.1 Materials and the preparation process
The filler used in this study was Kevlar pulp (Type 1F538, density, 1.41 g/mm3, diameter, 14 um, average length, 1.7 mm, manufactured by DuPont Inc., Brownslane, KY, USA).
The applied load was mainly borne by Kevlar fiber and the wear resistance of the materials has been greatly improved by incorporating Kevlar pulp. 4.
Conclusion The incorporation of Kevlar pulp into PEI can increase the tensile properties of the composite but either increase or decrease friction and wear properties of the materials, depending on the volume fraction of Kevlar.

In a casting process, the temperature and concentration fields will affect the microstructures of materials and this influence is the key point of improving their mechanical and physical properties.
Introduction The solidification process of a casting is strongly related to both fundamental physics and applied materials science.

In ‘difficult-to-cut’ materials like titanium, main cause of excessive torque is the material properties like elastic modulus and thermal conductivity.

Spherically Symmetric Shock Waves in Materials with a Nonlinear Stress-Strain Dependence
V.E.
The paper considers the dynamic deformation features of constructional materials with nonlinear stress-strain dependence.
At the same time, it is well known that a large number of construction materials (natural and modern artificially created) do not have a linear section of the stress-strain dependence diagram.
Technological processes in which such materials are used usually have high accuracy requirements for the final treatment characteristics.
The presented solution characterizes as an example the difference in the behavior of modern materials with a nonlinear connection from standard elastic medium, obeying Hooke's linear law.
