The mat moisture content (MC), panel type and density were chosen as the influencing factors to investigate the VOC emissions after processing, and consequently provide basic guideline for the selection of processing parameters of particleboards to control the pollutants. 1m3 environmental chamber and portable VOC monitor were used for VOC sampling and analysis.
The results showed that these factors had significant impact on VOC concentrations.
The level of VOC emission depends on various factors including resin type and production factors.
In order to satisfy the national standards of mechanical and physical properties of particleboards, the mat moisture content of samples were under 14% during pressing.
The VOCs concentration of particleboards was also affected by the panel type.

Introduction Alumina ceramic is a potential ideal material for heat transmission pipes due to its high melting, outstanding mechanical properties, anti-corrosion and good wear resistance at room temperature as well as at higher temperatures.
Therefore, it is of great interest to study the preparation and characteristics of good thermal shock resistance and mechanical properties Al2O3-based composite ceramic under lower firing temperature for heat transmission pipes used in solar thermal power generation.
According to thermal shock evaluation factors[12], bending strength, microstructure, thermal expansion coefficient, thermal conductivity and Poisson’s ratio all affect the thermal shock behavior.

Introduction Shrinkage is one of the main adverse properties of concrete, which will result in crack and severely affect the mechanical properties and durability of the concrete.
One of the factors affecting the shrinkage of concrete is the chemical shrinkage of the cementitious material, so that the chemical shrinkage of cement has been much accounted [1-5].
The chemical compositions and physical properties of the materials are shown in Table 1.

There are many factors that affecting strength development of concrete including curing.
The main factors for appropriate curing are temperature of curing and moisture curing duration.
At the early stage temperature increase performance of mortar but decrease at later age were investigated by the change of mechanical and physical properties of mortars [4; 5].
Materials properties Aggregate.
The physical properties of fine and coarse aggregate are shown in Table 1.

The water-based polyurethane has the character of good flexibility, not to burn well, anticorrosive, the weathering resistance, good adhesion properties and so on.
In order to enable knitted fabric to win better wearing properties, the character of water-based polyurethane must be improved.
But the too long curing time will affect the hand feel, whiteness etc.
Here the bending length, the hand feel, the pilling and the whiteness of fabric were choired as examination factors and the relationship between them and the curing time will be discussed.
Determination of PH value PH value is one of the important factors to finishing the fabric.

There is a heat-affected zone (HAZ) between the coating and the substrate, whose structure presents refinement because of quick heating and quick cooling during ESD process.
Mechanical Properties of Deposition Coating.
Moreover, there are many ultra-fine particles and distribute dispersedly in the coating, which are the main factors leading to the high hardness and wear resistance of the coating.
Fine hard phases distributed dispersedly in the coating are the main factors leading to high hardness and wear resistance of the coating, which effectively improves the surface performance of die steel substrate.

The paper studied the effect of beads on mechanical properties, pore structure and microcosmic structure of beads-cement system, based on the density of the powder particles research.
Effects of beads on mechanical properties of composite cementing materials The cement paste under the water-binder ratio of 0.2 and admixture content of 0.8% were prepared followed the mix proportion in Table 1.
Fig. 5 The effects of beads content on mechanical properties of composite cementing materials As seen in Fig. 5, when the content of beads is between 0~15%, the compressive strength of hardened cement paste cured by 3d, 7d and 28d increase gradually as the content of beads increases.
The compressive strength of beads-cement composite cementing materials is decided by two factors: hydration activity and initial packing density of powder.
