The cerium dioxide films were prepared with cerium foils as raw materials by anodization in Na2C2O4-NH3∙H2O-H2O-(CH2OH)2 electrolyte.
High operating temperature introduces a lot of problems, such as the high cost of materials, accelerating the phase reaction between the battery components, affecting the life of the battery, etc.
If the porous cerium dioxide film is prepared with cerium foils as raw materials, we may solve the above problems.
In this paper, the cerium dioxide films were prepared with cerium foils as raw materials by anodization in Na2C2O4-NH3∙H2O-H2O-(CH2OH)2 electrolyte, and the anodic cerium oxide film was heat treated at 550℃.

Introduction
Fracture toughness is an important parameter to brittle matrix composite materials.
For the complicated fracture problem of 3D braided brittle matrix composite materials, the test method would be a major way to study material fracture toughness.
Where f is the braided angle of materials structure.
Fracture paths at notch tip of 3D braided composite materials are similar to a cosine curve. 5.
