TEM data indicated that ca 20nm of Ni MNPs and ca 25nm of CdTe/Ni mQDs were prepared, respectively; the size-increasing indicated the formation of CdTe shell on the Ni MNPs core.
The obtained data indicated that the prepared bi-functional CdTe/Ni mQDs possess excellent magnetic and fluorescent properties, and it can be used as a energy donor in DNA sensing based on fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET).
Magnetic Ni MNPs were prepared by hydration-hydrazine (N2H4) reduction method: 0.2 M of NiCl2 was primarily prepared and stirred for minutes at 20°C (solution A).
The supernatant (in Fig. 4b) after precipitation showed little fluorescence intensity (FI; Fig. 5b), correspondingly, the precipitated mQDs showed strong FI (Fig. 4b and Fig. 5a), these data suggested the fluorescence was quite stable in magnetic field.
Moreover, uniform emission peak was showed in Fig. 5a, peak width at half height was evaluated to be ca 55nm, these data suggested the qualified mQDs was achieved.

Test data were analyzed in relation to microstructure, tensile and impact properties and hardness distribution on the welding joint, then the effect of holding time under post weld heat treatment on properties of joints can be investigated. The results demonstrated that micro-hardness in the weld and tensile strength decreased with tempering time prolonging, while impact toughness increased with the extension of tempering time.
The reduction 15% of hardness of joint with 760℃ from 2h to 4h PWHT is modester than oh to 2h.
The tensile strength and yield strength decreased with the tempering time prolonged, but the rate of reduction of area rise up to about 40%. as well as its plasticity.

Some researchers investigated the effect of delaying the addition time of superplasticizer to mortar or concrete, but there is not enough data about the effect of external temperature on performance of superplasticizers and consequent influences on fresh properties of mortar or concrete.
It is assumed that the immediate addition of the SP to mixing water after heating, may cause a reduction in heat stimulation effects due to a sudden reduction in temperature of the SP.

On the basis of data of adiabatic thermometry, IR and 1H NMR spectroscopy we revealed possibilityto synthesize polymeric and oligomeric products. These products basically correspondto the industrial petropolymericresinsobtained from C9 fraction.
Both ways inevitably lead to critical reduction of amount of pyrolysis liquid products as raw source for production of petropolymeric resins.
It is confirmed by the data of chromatography and thermogravimetric analysis of the respective terpolymer samples [10].
The conclusions are confirmed by data of IR and 1H NMR spectroscopy.

The advantages of EPC include a higher rate of certainty in the final cost and required construction period, the reduction of risks on the part of the employer, and the foreshortened project cycle due to the overlapping of engineering and construction[1].
Firstly all data in the book is collected in items to work out the technical and economical indexes as well as price proportion.
The technical and economical indexes of similar projects and empirical data are referred to for analyzing indexes of unit cost and unit physical consumption and determination of the rationality of various proportions.
Meanwhile it can save both time and expense with the reduction of workload.
Then the complete data of the comparison is presented to the employer for recheck.

Constructing Simulation Data
The simulation of the job scheduling of HFSP contains 8 jobs to be processed and 6 stages, and shows the effectiveness of the PSO based production cost optimization problem for HFSP.
Computation Result We select 7 sets of scheduling schemes from the simulation data to compare and analyze.
So, Scheme 5 is closer to the optimal solution than Scheme 3.From the curves of Scheme5, 6, 7 in Fig. 1 and the data in Table 4, we could find that the inertia weighand acceleration constantsandaffects the results a lot.
The reduction of the total waiting cost shows that the idle time of the equipments decreases, and the utilization rate of equipments increases.
The reduction of the total storage cost shows that the storage cost of WIP decreases.

This metal dissolution occurs in the micro-anodic area in particular and is given by:
M Mn+ + ne- (1)
The reduction of O2 or the precipitation of H+ in the micro-anodic area can be expressed as follows:
O2+2H2O+4e- 4OH- (2)
2H+ +2e- H2 (3)
In addition, due to the inclusion of the strong oxidizing agent H2O2 in the conversion coating treatment liquid, three reactions that influence the elevation of pH value on the interface occur and are listed as follows:
O2 + 2H2O + 4e- 4OH- (4)
2H2O2 2H2O + O2
Assuming oxygen reaches the diffusion equilibrium, we obtain =2.579×10-4mol·L-1 [8] (8) however, (9) [9] (10) Under experimental conditions (pH=2.4): (11) Therefore, the maximum pH value on the interface is 9.95. 1.4 Ce-H2O series potential –pH diagram The Ce-H2O series potential-pH diagram is mapped and presented in Figure l based on the data recorded in literature[10–13].
Meanwhile, when Ce(OH)3 is exposed in the air, 2Ce(OH)3 Ce2O3 + 3H2O (16) (17) Ce(OH)4 CeO2 + 2H2O (18) (19) This condition indicates that Ce(OH)3 and Ce(OH)4 undergo dehydration and form Ce2O3 and CeO2, respectively, in normal temperatures and pressures. 1.5 Zn-H2O series potential –pH diagram The Zn-H2O series potential-pH diagram is drawn and presented in Figure 2 based on the data recorded in literature [13-14].
Meanwhile, due to the presence of O2 and H2O2 in the treatment liquid, O2 and H2O2 would undergo the reduction reaction on the metal surface immersed into the conversion coating treatment liquid in the minor cathode region.

This inelastic action may result in damage to the structural members and reduction of mechanical properties of the system, which, in turn, will alter the measured dynamic response of the structure.
(9) Compared with CWT the dyadic discrete wavelet is capable of revealing aspects of data more efficiently and more clearly for the redundancy is greatly reduced.
For the third floor, for example, it should be the data of other than that being used in damage detection to eliminate the impact brought by damages in other floors.
