Fuzzy AHP Applying In The Material Management Of Construction Project Fei WANG 1,a, Youwen SU 1,b, Chaofei LI1,c 1Southwest University of Science and Technology,School of Civil Engineering and Architecture, Mianyang, China a36422976@qq.com, b289746245@qq.com, c875559316@qq.com Keywords: construction project material management Fuzzy AHP Abstract: Strengthing the material management and controlling materials consumption as one of the most important means to control engineering cost, play a decisive impact on the profit and loss of construction enterprises.
Introduction In today's increasingly competitive construction market, whether in an invincible position in the market competition, the focus and core engineering cost management [1].
But this method is that it relies on the reasonable judgment matrix, the judgment matrix is reasonable or not directly affect the degree of compliance of the conclusions of the results and the actual, it is judgment matrix by a number of experienced experts combined with practical engineering experiencegiven makes the results more objective.

Effect of fiber orientation on vibration characteristic of composite laminated plates Huifen Peng1,a, Cheng Wang2,b and Peng Wang3,C 1College of Mechanical Science and Engineering, Northeast Petroleum University, Daqing 163318, China 2Daqing Oilfield Drilling Engineering Company , Daqing Oilfield Co.
The results show that the changes of fiber orientation bring a greater degree of flexibility for structure design of composite laminated plates, which can be used to adjust frequencies and mode shapes of composite laminated plates according to practical engineering need.
In some engineering applications, including in aerospace, civil, mechanical and naval structures, the changes of fiber orientation can increase or decrease the natural frequencies and avoid resonance, the vibration response can be optimized by changing the fiber orientation in each ply.
It is found that the change of fiber orientation can lead to a significant decrease or increase in the natural frequencies of composite laminated plates, therefore, in engineering application, in order to avoid resonance, designers can change the natural frequencies to higher or lower values by changing fiber orientation of composite laminated plates .
The results show that the changes of fiber orientation bring a greater degree of flexibility for structure design of composite laminated plates, which can provide theoretical guidance for the engineering structure design of composite material.

Bending bearing capacity of steel tubular columns filled with steel-reinforced high-strength concrete Ping Guan1, a, Lanxiang Chen1,b 1Department of Civil and Architecture Engineering,Dalian University, Dalian 116622, China a guanping@dlu.edu.cn, bchenlanxiang6@163.com.
Steel tubular column filled with steel-reinforced high-strength concrete (STSRHC) has higher bearing capacity and seismic performance, so STSRHC has a good application prospect in Engineering.
Introduction The kind of composite column that steel is inserted into concrete filled steel tube has higher bearing capacity and ductility than that made of steel reinforced concrete or concrete-filled steel tube, so the overloaded column named after steel tubular column filled with steel-reinforced high-strength concrete has a good prospect of engineering application [1,2].
