It was found that fly ash has a potential as sand replacement materials in cement composites.
The raw materials were weighted and mixed in a mechanical mixer until homogenous mixture is formed.

Intorduction
Multiferroic materials (coexistence of ferroelectricity, ferromagnetism, and ferroelastics) are the most attractive research objects due to the potential application at spintronic devices and novel storage media [1-4].
Our results suggest that phase boundaries in BFO-based materials are worthy of further pursuit to explore the enhanced multiferroic properties and possible multifunctional applications.
