In this paper, only chosen the static and dynamic performance of a fixed size aluminum foam-filled structure table as an object to be analyzed, if filled structure table to be optimized by design theory, its superior performance will be shown clearly, it is also a direction to be further studied in the future.

The designs through self-assembly have become highly active and advanced research subjects in the field of polymer chemistry and physics, materials science and bionics.
Some significant results were obtained, and this can provide reference for the preparation of some new materials, such as anti protein adsorption biomedical materials, biosensors, agricultural drip-free liquid film.

Experiment Materials 4,6-diaminoresorcinol dihydrochloride (DAR•2HCl) was obtained from commercial sources and dried under vacuum at 40℃ for 24 h, terephthalic acid (TA) was purchased from Shanghai Lingfeng Chemical, the reaction medium, poly(phosphoric acid) (PPA) with 80.8% phosphorus pentoxide (P2O5), was freshly prepared using as-received phosphoric acid and P2O5 (Shanghai first Chemical Co., Shanghai).

For manufacturing the mold, materials used are hot die steel for core plate, cavity plate, core pin and alloy steel EN 353 is used for guide bush, guide pillar, sprue bush and oil hardening non-shrinking steel (OHNS) for ejector pins and mild steel is used for remaining parts.
