Zirconium (Zr) dental implants are a good alternative implant bulk material to titanium (Ti) alloys as Zr dental implants have an aesthetically pleasing tooth-like colour and prevent the formation of the greyish cervical collar that typically occurs when Ti alloy-based dental implants are used in thin gingival biotypes, which diminishes its aesthetic appearance, especially in the anterior region [2] [3].

It shows that the titanium ions are combined in difficult-soluble compounds, and they are removed from the solution.
It is well-known that blue Ti3O5 and (TiO2*Ti2O3) compounds are formed.
Therefore, the heavy fraction of powder differs from the light powder due to presence of titanium and nitrogen compounds.
Perhaps, it is the cause of surface layers formation of ball-shaped particles obtained from molten titanium and compounds.

Previous studies had shown that a promising material could be obtained by mixing
aluminium-rich sludge with slate powder (with Al2O3:SiO2 molar proportion of 2:1), shaping by
uniaxial pressing and sintering at 1300o C, in order both to detoxify the sludge by fixing the metals
in a leach-resistant ceramic matrix and to yield a new material from the reactions of the above
compounds at high temperature.
Since the sludges resulting from the effluent treatment in plants responsible for surface treatments on aluminium alloys are rich in aluminium hydroxide, it is to be expected that they may react with silica-based materials, producing mullite or improving the mullite content in the final product.
This work aims at making possible the re-use of these wastes and obtaining a new promising material.

While several metals and alloys can be utilized in the metal AM process, the diversity is not as extensive as that of traditional processes.
However, researchers are currently working on developing new alloys and improving the processing conditions to overcome the mentioned limitations [32, 37, 42, 72].

Evaluation of the Possibilities of Processing High-Alloy Corrosion-Resistant Steels During Grinding Operations

The problem of abrasive processing of high-alloy corrosion-resistant steels and heat-resistant alloys is especially acute [6].
The presented work is aimed at studying the key parameters of processing with grinding wheels by the method of centerless cylindrical grinding.
