The process of air separation unit has the characteristics of many types of equipment, long flow, and strong relativity and complicates structures.
Production characteristics, structure, scheme and application processes for the control strategy were described in detail.
Production characteristics, system structure, control scheme, system implement and control result of the system are explained in detail.
Structure and Scheme of Automatic Variable-loading Control System According to the high coupling of energy and supplies in air separation equipment, prediction controlling algorithm of industry model is presented.

The structure of this composites was investigated by XRD.
When cross linker content is 0.225 wt%, neutralization degree is 70%, and montmorillonite content is 5 wt%, PAA/MMT composites possess microporous structure and its water-absorbing capacity is 511 times of the solid weight itself.
Montmorillonite (MMT) was supplied by Beijing Institute of Chemistry.
While MBA content reaches 0.225 wt%, PAA/MMT is microporous composites (Fig.3 (a)) and has a sponge-like network structure, so the water-absorbing capacity reaches the maximum.
With the futher increase of crosslinker MBA content, from 0.225 wt% to 0.45 wt%, crosslinking density increases which results in the forming of nonporous topography (Fig.3 (b)) and the appearing of compact network structure, water-absorbing capacity decreases accordingly.

(Ti,Mo)C existed by rim phase structure, its thickness was directly related to the performances of the material.
The bending strength closely related to the core - shell structure.
When the Mo content was 2%, incompleted coating phase structure could not form because of limited Mo content, the inhibited growth of TiC grains was restricted, causing grain inhomogeneous growth, thus the bending strength was not high.

An immiscible liquid phase is dispersed uniformly into a polymer solution for emulsion electrospinning and core-shell structured fibers are obtained.
During the electrospinning process, “evaporation and stretching induced de-emulsification” occurs and results in the formation of core-shell structured fibers[3].
The core-shell structure of the emulsion electrospun nanofibers were more clearly disclosed by the application of FITC-dextran via LSCM.
In vitro release study demonstrated that the core-shell structured fibers are able to deliver the protein in a long period.

Introduction Graphene oxide (GO) is a widely explored carbon-based material due to its tunable surface chemistry and layered structure.
The ternary RGO/P-NMPy@MnSe nanocomposite (Fig. 3d) exhibits a highly porous sponge-like interconnected network structure, where MnSe nanoparticles are homogeneously anchored on the RGO/P-NMPy matrix.
The incorporation of Poly-N-methyl pyrrole disrupts the regular nanoplates morphology of MnSe, transforming them into uneven spherical structures with reduced structural uniformity.

In order to obtain super-hydrophobic surfaces of aluminum alloy, the combination of appropriate roughness structure and low surface energy is necessary.
Such surface with hierarchical structure can trap a large amount of air, which is helpful to induce a larger contact angle.
A lotus leaf-like aluminum alloy surface structure was formed in the experiments in our laboratory.
This kind surface structure that can trap air is beneficial to a low sliding angle [19].

Nano porous structure of aerogels is traditionally created by supercritical drying that largely attenuates the capillary stresses.
Solvent substitution following surface modification was to reduce the surface tension of liquid in the nano pores of alcogels and keep the porous structure of aerogels integrated in the drying process. 1.3 Characterization of structure and adsorption The structure morphology of SiO2 aerogels was observed by Scanning electronic microscopy (SEM XL30FEG, Philips).
Results and discussion 2.1 Structure of silica aerogels Surface modification has effect on the structure of aerogels.
It shows that SiO2 aerogels have open foam-type structure and the size of pore is mostly below 100nm.
