So in this software, based on SIMS formula, combining with the deformation resistance model of Guan [5], the influential coefficient of stressed state and rolling force can be calculated accurately by regression statistical analysis of measurement data.
Therefore, by taking relatively equal load of rolling power and good shape as objective functions, by taking permissible rolling force, permissible rolling power and finish temperature as inequality constraints, by taking reduction distribution as equality constrains, the optimization models of rolling schedule is established and Fig.1 shows the flow chart.
C++ language is employed to write source code because of its efficient kernel, Visual Basic is employed to establish the interactive interface and the VBA function of EXCEL is employed for easy input and output of data.

SOD activity was determined based on its capacity to inhibit reduction of nitroblue tetrazolium (NBT) by superoxide radicals generated by xanthine-xanthine oxidase[8].
One SOD unit was defined as the amount of extract that gave 50% inhibition of NBT reduction.

One of the commonly method in analysis, fitting and prediction of the spectral data is multiple linear regression.
In order to reduce the complexity and soundness considerations of modeling, generally, we should be carried out variable selection or dimension reduction processing before the modeling analysis.

After hot rolling, the sheet was cold rolled to a reduction of 95% in multiple passes on a two-high reversible laboratory mill.
It can be derived from these data that the grain grows faster in the rolling direction.
The present data suggest the following mechanism for the nucleation of abnormal grain growth.
The primary recrystallization texture is very strong because of the very high rolling reduction.

The conventional measures of ductility are the engineering strain at fracture and the reduction of area at fracture which is the change in cross-sectional area divided by the original cross-sectional area.
In a tensile test, at constant volume V of the sample, where V=A x l (A is the area and l the gage length), an elongation dl is compensated by an area reduction causing necking.

Concretes of common strength classes suffer less of a reduction in their properties than high-strength materials (due to the influence of structure and porosity).
An important difference between tensile and flexural strengths is the higher sensitivity of tensile strengths to elevated temperatures, where the increasing temperature causes more significant reductions [4, 5].

Temperatures inside the furnace, on the reinforcement bars and on the upper faces of the beams were measured with the aforementioned thermocouples connected to a MS6D Comet data logger with a temperature measurement rate of 1 measurement per second in the heating phase and 1 measurement per 60 seconds in the cooling phase.

The formation of extremely thin protective films is an advantage for preserving maximum content of metallic aluminum through reduction of oxide fraction: in the case of diffusion mechanism, the thickness of protective films amounts to 20–30 nm, and in the case of charge separation, from 2 to 10 nm.
The mass fraction of aluminum in samples was determined by volumetric analysis and calculations using DTA data.
Fig. 3.The XRD patterns of the samples and ASTM data recording According to XRD analysis, the phase composition of powders after holding at different partial pressure of saturated water vapor during 20 days was represented by two crystal phases: residual aluminum and bayerite Al(OH)3 (Fig. 3).
Hence, after receiving the studied aluminum powders, it is necessary to additionally passivate them by thermal treatment or by applying hydrophobic coatings on the surface of particles, which will ensure long storage period without significant reduction of aluminum content in the powders.
