In this paper, the hot deformation behavior of GH4169 superalloy were investigated at temperature of 900-1020°C and at strain rate of 0.001-0.1up to a 60% height reduction of the sample using isothermal constant strain rate compression tests on process annealed material.
The load-stroke data obtained in compression were processed to obtain true stress-true strain curves using the standard method.
The absolute errors of more than half of the investigated data are less than 10%.

Verification of the proposed approach is based on statistical distribution of the measured surface roughness data.
There are few data about how any active surface and its morphology do affect on process of the material shaping into definite product.
Advantage of such a progress is that it enables to measure data resulting from milling operation.
Distribution of all the measured Rz data are compared in Fig. 6, where two limiting cases are shown.
Though Rz data in the 3D contour milling produce similar distribution of the machined surface as that of Morphed Milling, a disadvantage of the 3D contour milling is found out in the very high mean data of about Rz=8.8 μm.

It may be due to relaxation of crystal defects and beneficial reduction in the tetragonality of martensite by controlled diffusion of carbon from the martensite cell9.
All dual phase conditions show lower toughness, but tempering of dual phase improves the toughness by substantial amount, it is due to the reduction in tetragonality of martensite cell, relaxation and elimination of crystal defects10.

Geometric modifications in the front mass of the transducer, including exponential cross-sectional area reduction and slotting, are used to increase the torsionality, eliminate the excitation of unwanted bending modes, and reduce ultrasonic energy losses by reducing the number of inter-component boundaries.
Response data from the same locations were extracted from the numerical model in order to compare results.
The combination of exponential area reduction and helical slotting in the front mass is shown to be an effective technique for the development of longitudinal-torsional vibration, delivering high responsiveness and torsionality without bending modes interfering with the desired output.

After thorough cleaning and brushing, the Al and Al(Sc) sheets were mechanically stacked and held for 5 min at 350°C in a preheated air circulating furnace and rolled without lubrication in a single-pass to 50% reduction using a two high laboratory rolling mill.
After six cycles and a final rolling pass of 50% reduction, 0.5mm thick sheets containing 64 alternating layers were produced.
Standardized tensile test pieces (ASTM-E8) with nominal dimensions of 50 × 5 × 0.5 mm were tested using an INSTRON-1185 Universal Testing System and the tensile data was analysed using Origin-6.0 software.

From the result, the pectinolytic enzyme secreted might be effective on alkaline as the reduction of pH was huge from day 1 to day 0.
Supposely, the B.cereus seeded water have higher pH reduction compare to the tap water retting.
